This hotel is nice, but way too far from Gdansk. The tram ride was about 45 minutes there and back. If you're in the area for business, then I imagine it's perfect. Good breakfast buffet. Our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The parking was easy and well priced.

good location in the old town, clean room

The hotel is very good and absolutely modern, located in the center of the old town. Staff very kind. Maybe they should just exchange 2 single bed-rooms to Double-bed-rooms, then it would be perfect.

Great service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good. However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.

Fantastic hotel with a cozy and relaxing spa area. The food and breakfast were excellent with a good variety and high quality. The location is very convenient – only about 7 minutes by taxi to the city center and close to Gdańsk Forum. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff - comfortable room

Amber hotel did not disappoint. Very speedy check-in, clean room with new and functional amenities. I liked that windows can be opened to air the room if necessary, and radiator temperature can be regulated. Nice tea cups with electric kettle - just what I needed after a winter day out. The shower controls were very difficult to figure out and adjust. Sometimes simpler is better.

Recommend! Great stay close to the beach! I was a little worried having read some of the reviews here, but had no reason to be. Sure, the building is older, but the rooms are big and comfortable and the bathrooms are big, newish and clean. The breakfast is great, has everything and more. The beach is so close by, the location is awesome. Staff is nice. No complaints whatsoever.

Not bad for the price. The room was cheap and cheerful. The girls behind the desk were amiable and spoke English. I was only there for a couple days. The kettle was clean. Perfect location to the beach . Very good location , when coming out of hotel , you see the beach , so it’s just a mins walk . For the price this is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Am currently at the hotel and had the write. The staff is young and energetic and super polite. I would come back because of that. The cleaning girls are young as well and nice. I don’t understand why someone would write a negative comment! If you super fancy and pay a fortune go next door to the Marriott! A bit run down but good staff and close to the beach and the centre

The hotel and the restaurant where breakfasts are served are two separate buildings. You need to pay attention to this. The building itself and the rooms are a bit from a previous era but it is clean and tidy. The areas around the hotel and inside the building are well-kept. Comfortable hotel located just right aside from the beach. The breakfast has some high-quality food that we all enjoyed. The staff is kind and helpful. And the area is very quiet.

Great hotel in the very center of Sopot. delicious and varied breakfasts. wonderful service. fantastic massage. They have their own parking lot under the hotel, which is a huge advantage in the city center. you can take your pet with you. I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Villa Ozone was the best place in Sopot i’ve ever been, the breakfast was amazing, room was really cozy and clean, the staff was really helpfull in every situation. Location of this hotel is briliant, close to the train station and main atractions!

We got upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of the city and a small kitchen. Hotel was steps away from the Old City with many shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, gated and on site. It was a bit tricky getting our luggage up the steps to reception...my only small complaint. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

Breakfast Workers staying at the hotel come to breakfast in dirty work clothes. I suggest starting breakfast half an hour earlier - 6:30, because there are often no free seats.

The hotel is nice and fairly new or renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is located in the middle of a new development. Nothing in the area except for one restaurant with a limited menu. Requires ca. 15-20 minutes to drive to the old town.

Really nice and affordable hotel with five star costumer service! Only downsize is that it is super nosy, you can hear everything from outside and other guests, and I mean EVERYTHING. The cleaners started vacuuming very early in the morning. Otherwise no complaints, but if you want a good night’s sleep, maybe not the best place for you.

The hotel has a good location, close to the train stations and the old town. Overall, everything is fine; there's an elevator. Breakfast is in the basement. The buffet breakfast is delicious. During my stay at this hotel, the first thing I noticed was the very attentive and pleasant staff. Angelika has a good command of the English language and is also very attractive. This friendly young woman showed me the way to breakfast and also informed me that parking is free. In the future, if I need to book a hotel in Gdynia, I will definitely choose this one. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and nice location, large room but tight shower and a bit outdated. There is no AC and it gets hot in the room during the day, fan does not help a lot and open windows during night let too much of street noise in. The hotel is good. Clean, cozy, quiet. The goal was just to spend the night and go to the airport. I ordered a taxi at the reception in the evening, the taxi arrived exactly on time in the morning, 12 minutes to the airport for 10€. Everything is great!

What we expect, I would give more stars

The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are not very big and the facilities are average. There are no commercial facilities around. The hotel only has breakfast, so it takes more than ten minutes to walk to eat.

You can't stick to anything. Room very clean, breakfast DELICIOUS, tasty and fresh. Coffee? It's been a long time since I drank such good coffee at breakfast in a hotel :) seriously. I am very satisfied and from now on it is the only budget hotel in GDN that I can recommend with a clear conscience. Ps. Thank you to the receptionist for the Coke and I hope the bar was tasty 🙂
