To begin with, the staff at reception were very friendly. Then we complained because there was a wedding two rooms next to us and it was extremely loud. We were told that it would go on until 4 a.m. I asked for a new room and said the noise and loud music was unbearable, and we were told no, there was no other room! Amazing hotel and amenities. Hotel is right by the water; wonderful breakfast is included. We found it strange that there was no room service besides cleaning out the garbage's. For the price of the room daily room service of switching out towel and making the beds should have been provided. Besides that, we had a great time!

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. Great accommodation and excellent hotel service; most of the staff spoke German or English. Requests were met, and friendliness was always a top priority. The rooms are nice and large. It's a wonderful place to take a walk on the beach.

Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Hidden additional costs everywhere. 45 złoty for parking, 25 złoty for a bathrobe, 6 złoty for a fruit. I was afraid of doing anything and being charged for it.

I just realized that I’ve never left a review despite staying at this location for almost 70 nights in total in 2 years! Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.

This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

Great hotel. I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower. Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. We received a room on the top level. we didn't have aircondition in the room and in the summer time with a baby it is little hard to resist. Rooms had a good amount of space and was in a good location close to the city centre and tram stops.

Small but clean room with low ceiling such as tgose seen in the U.S. Staff was professional and pleasant. They actually smiled wgich is not typical for Polish service sector, it seems. Close enough to the old city center, about 6-minute walk. Tjere's also a guitar at the lobby for guests use. That's unique. I wonder though why this was 20 zlotys more expensive (total 260) than the IBIS at the old town...

Hotel is located at prime location of Szczecin. They have reception area once you enter. They also have very good huge hall which can easily be use to accommodate minimum 50 to 70 people event. They have washroom connected on same floor along with other facilities. Overall a good venue for planning your events.

If you look for a night next to go cart - this is your place. But do not expect much. First of all we were staying for three nights and there was zero house keeping service.
