Very good hotel with friendly and supportive staff. Spacious room with modern interior. Everything was clean and well maintained. The sauna and indoor pool is surprisingly big. I like that they have times for the pool where kids are not allowed. Breakfast room can get packed when you take breakfast after 9. I liked that there was a variation every day for the breakfast buffet and it was really tasty 👍 big Balcony. Vtgey have special towels for the beach on the room. Cocktails in the Bar are OK, but not a wow. Parking in the hotel owned parking area is convenient but from my perspective a bit overpriced. Unfortunately there is no free parking outside the house. Overall a very positive experience.

Nice spa, the rest is ok.
The spa area is wonderful, could definitely be a 5 star spa. But the service in the rest of the hotel and in the restaurant was quite bad. Had to change room in the middle of the night because of a power outage and got nothing, not a so sorry for your inconvenience or anything. Glad we didn’t book with dinner included every night as the restaurant was not very exciting (very limited wine selection, waiters were doing a lot of mistakes etc).

A quaint, relaxing stay on the beach. Exactly what we needed after staying in a few major cities during our trip in Poland. Beautiful sunset on the Baltic Sea.

Nice
Nice location close to the beach. Parking at the hotel few meters to the entrance. Big variety at the breakfast, the breakfast and dinner lounge is very cosy and quiet.

We recently stayed at the Shuum Hotel, a lovely 4-star hotel just 30 seconds by walk from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can rent bicycles for 3 euros per hour, which is great for exploring (no need for e-bike).
The food is fantastic, with a wide variety at breakfast and à la carte dinner options. I highly recommend including dinner in your stay. While the hotel isn't the cheapest, it's definitely worth it. The only minor downside was the slightly long service time at dinner.
Note that rooms with a beach view only offer a view of trees. For more sunlight, choose a room away from the beach on the upper floors. Also, the hotel doesn't provide sunbeds at the beach.
For a stylish and quiet retreat in a busy area, Shuum Hotel is an excellent choice.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, great ambience and decor, fabulous spa and treatments, tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Location is great, right beside the beach in a quiet part of the town.

The hotel is super nice and clean, location suberb, but quite overpriced for what you’re getting. For this price it would be nice if for example parking was already included. We were disappointed when we were served overpriced VOSS bottle when we asked for a carafe of still water in the restaurant. Also a lot of confusion around the SPA/pool opening and fees - it is not clear which area can you visit free of charge as in the hotel room materials it is clearly stated, that visiting sauna and pool is subjected to a fee 100pln/person. When we wanted to visit we were told that it is not possible to visit the wellness at all, because it is fully booked?! We asked again because it seemed weird as previously they told us the pool and sauna is always open and this time we were “allowed” to enter. Surprisingly there was nearly no one in the sauna&pool area. So the difference is there is also a separate private wellness area for a fee, apparently. NOT clear at all! And since we didn’t speak polish or german it was quite difficult to communicate sometimes as only some members of staff spoke english (also yoga lesson was in polish). For a hotel of such prices and services, you should be able to accommodate guest of all nationalities to the same level.

I was there with my family for three days. Everything was perfect. However, I think parking is definitely overpriced. I understand that everywhere is expensive these days, but a hotel night is already expensive enough. On top of that, parking costs 200 złoty for three days. That's excessive.

I can recommend this hotel for families, especially in the summer period, when there are animations for kids. Good swimming pool for smaller ones, but there is also a sport one. Very good restaurant

the hotel is a bit reminiscent of the PRL style after a light refresh, the rooms are not very big, but there is no tragedy. the most important thing is that it is clean, the style as I mentioned may not be breathtaking, but it deserves a fairly good rating, it is far from the best. I did not use the restaurant, the bar and service are excellent, in general the entire hotel service is quite organized and helpful, here it definitely gains a lot. the breakfast is very tasty and a very large selection of food, I am really very impressed. the conference room for various types of training, quite cool. my impression is really 4+
