The lady at the reception was very helpful. Check-in is very efficient. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is clean. There’s just some funky smell so be sure to slightly open the window to let some air come in. The room could use some more light as it tends to be dark. Breakfast is simple yet very filling. I hope they would consider timing it earlier as 8am is too late for those looking to have an early start for the day.
Location is walking distance from the Sintra station and a 10-minute walk to city center. There is a lovely restaurant just across the hotel. Don’t leave without trying them out.

Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

Breakfast was basic, average quality food. It would be better to have breakfast in some local bread shop.

We booked a triple room at Sintra Bliss Hotel via Trip.com for two nights (April 26–28, 2025), specifically to ensure comfort for our family. Upon arrival, the hotel casually informed us they were overbooked and downgraded us to a cramped double room, hastily adding an extra bed as a makeshift solution. This bed occupied virtually all remaining floor space—forcing us to literally jump over it to access our luggage or cross the room.
The hotel acknowledged their mistake and clearly stated at check-in that a partial refund was justified and would be approved once I requested it via Trip.com. Shockingly, once Trip.com reached out, the hotel outright refused to refund the difference, dishonestly claiming we were "satisfied" with the provided room—a complete fabrication and frankly fraudulent.
Trip.com attempted to mediate, offering compensation from their own end (which I appreciate), but the hotel's refusal to take responsibility remains entirely unacceptable.

The property was VERY NICE!!!! Our only minor issue, was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was included, and the staff was very nice. My only issue, was that sounds pass from room to room very easily. We heard the TV, and even minor conversations in other rooms very easily. The price was great, and location was FANTASTIC!!!

The bathroom is a bit small and the floor doesn't drain well, which is a shame. There's no mini-fridge, so I was a bit surprised, but the bed is comfortable and the cleanliness is not bad.
