Excellent service staff very nice rooms very lovely.

Location was very good it was close to most of the main sites in Doha. Service was too tier, they kept my luggage as well after I checked out while I continued exploring until it was time for my flight.

Staff are pleasant, from the receptionist whom smile at the entrance to the waiter at the coffeeshop. Calm and cozy, street view and excellent service. The place is clean.

Didn’t stay. Looked at the room and it was great. Area seemed safe. I was disappointed they didn’t have a bar as stated on *******. Not a big deal elsewhere, but in Doha it’s your hotel or nowhere. Was staying in town for 3 days. I specifically pick it for that reason. The staff had spoke minimal English.

We booked a last minute 2-night Discover Qatar package in this hotel to allow for a visa on arrival. The staff was friendly, check-in a lengthy process. Our key card didn't work, so we had to ask staff to open our door every time. The room and bed were fine, watercooker with coffee and tea provided, but no free wall sockets. It was close to the airport. Smaller room. No major issues. It was okay property to crash overnight.

Property was close to several dining options. Close enought to the airport for my layover flight that it did not cause any complications. Staff made late check-in and early check out very easy.

The hotel is very quiet and clean overall, but there is a smell in the room, which should be a smell that old hotels have and cannot get rid of. There are many restaurants next to it, and it is convenient to buy things. It is still a very good hotel in a good location. I will stay there again next time.

The property is dated and in need of refurbishment. It is also much further away from the souk than advertised - 15 minute walk - which in the heat is quite far. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I went with family and we got the 2 bedroom suite. It was so beautiful and spacious. And it had everything in it to make you feel at home. It also has a Kids club with so many activities for the kids. They can stay there for about 2-3 hours incase you have some running around to do

Didn't get to use many of the hotel's services. The breakfast was incredibly sparse, worse than what you'd find at a 3-star hotel. They charged for early check-in. You can't cancel part of your booking either; it was a complete mess. The hotel also ignored multiple messages I sent before my stay, including emails, with no response whatsoever.

I always stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient; it's only a 10-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and nestled among many other five-star hotels. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine and basic cooking amenities, and the atmosphere is wonderfully quiet.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it even had a washing machine. We arrived early due to our flight schedule, and the hotel kindly permitted us to check in at 10 AM, which we greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Trip.com's customer service for helping to coordinate this. The service was also excellent, and we were very satisfied with everything.

Too expensive for what's offered. I booked one night here and three other nights at The Torch Doha hotel, which is much more luxurious, classy, has a royal breakfast, and is much cheaper. I do not recommend this hotel.

Best location in Doha, walk out of the hotel and you are in the markets. Rooms are large and well appointed. Nice touch have the coffee machine in the room. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy to walk to many of them. Staff are great and made the stay very enjoyable. This is our second stay here and it won't be the last.

The information provided by the agent and the actual is very different. When we reached the hotel, they said the rooms are occupied and also the 2nd tower / wing is under refurbishment. As such, the photos shown are not the same. It was a huge disappointment.

My parents rented a service apartment here for a few years. Kind staff and a nice spacious hotel but over time, the quality of room service went down. However it’s a great location, right next to downtown and walking distance to mushreib and Souq Wakif!

there were always some random false alarm at midnight which disturbed my sleeps. the shower room always flooded. breakfast is amazing though. there are times when amenities weren’t stocked properly (shower gel, even water).
