The hotel is excellent for families. I booked two adjoining rooms with my family and we enjoyed the Mall of Qatar, which is connected to the hotel. I recommend booking it for relaxation, enjoyment, and shopping.

The budget hotel wasn't up to my expectations of a four-star hotel.

It's really good, very comfortable, and the hotel service is excellent. Chinese friends can book with confidence!

Service was great, but the room was quite small. Breakfast was just okay. The location is convenient for getting around, and I appreciated the security check at the entrance, it made me feel safe. However, they don't provide toiletries, so you need to bring your own.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are in very good condition. There are plenty of shops across the street from the hotel.

Very excellent, it is worth living in, and it is close to the desired areas such as Souq Waqif, 7 minutes away, Qatar Mall, 17 minutes away, Crystal, and Al-Maha Island, 20 minutes away. good location, warm hotel. it is a little noisybut i can't found where the noise come from. zz noise happend at about 1 am. the front desk helped a lot for my taxi booking because i depart at 5am and during Ramadan month.

The hotel was great! The greeters and front desk staff were very welcoming, and they even helped me call a taxi to the airport after I checked out. Thumbs up! It was a bit unfortunate that my trip coincided with Ramadan, which slightly impacted the experience.

Great location! It's right in the city center, just a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Super convenient. The hotel also has a side exit that leads directly to a pedestrian street, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the famous Waqif Souq (Gold Thumb Square). The food leans more towards Western cuisine. No Chinese-speaking staff available.

A nice 4 star hotel in Doha city, very close to many main highlights like The Corniche and the Museum. Great service, wonderful staff and amazing amenities. The restaurant is in floor 14 with a nice view to the city. Swimming pool in floor 1. They have a mosque there as well.

It is the best hotel for it’s location. Everything is excellent about this hotel. Price-wise, it beats hotels that are expensive. Amazing staff here. Mr. Al Adin, the laundry attendant, is a very friendly guy and does his job amazingly.

The breakfast wasn't very varied, and there was no coffee at the buffet; they only had instant coffee, and it tasted bad.

Close to the National Museum and a subway station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The service was also excellent; they even allowed us to check in early. Thank you! My only small issue was that the shower drain was slow, causing water to overflow easily.

The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful, though a bit dated. The safety lock on the door was also broken, which was a little concerning. It's quite a distance from the subway station, so we had to take an Uber to get there. Interestingly, the subway station itself is right next to a shopping mall.

Never before have I made any travel reservation by mistake(picked the wrong weekend), some TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE, and not be able to get a refund, change of dates, partial refund, credit, NOTHING. And on top of that, their service people don't pick up the phone. Shocker.

Great location and friendly staff but it's definitely not 5 star. It's old and noisy. The lift dings often found and keeps you awake at night. There was also a huge digital billboard outside that shone into the room We were moved rooms as we couldn't sleep. Appreciated the upgrade and couldn't hear the lift from the bedroom. You can hear the nightclub from the rooftop.

The hotel is very close to the airport, with the sea view outside the window. The scenery is beautiful and the price is not expensive. There are two museums within 500 meters, and there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for dining.

The bathroom drainage was inadequate; water pooled significantly during use. This is a maintenance issue that requires immediate attention to meet basic hospitality standards.

Upon entering the room, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly, with dirt left behind from the previous guest. The service was also quite poor; you practically had to beg for anything.

The elevator not working is annoying but the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. I think the housekeeping staff must be working very hard and I’d like to congratulate them for that!

Booked a classic standard room, but I have been offered a nice upgrade to the king deluxe variant; surprisingly vastly spacious. Everything is super clean and shiny, worthy of a 5 star, with a nice medieval theme throwing you back to sultans' times. Staff was very professional & friendly and all amenities were provided. Breakfast buffet is delicious. A well deserved 5/5.

This was a sketchy one and one I’d avoid. While the hotel itself was fine and the rooms were good; there’s a nightclub on the roof which was being used by a seedy crowd. Furthermore, at night you can hear music in your room which makes sleeping a tough one. Qatar has amazing alternates and I expect they’ll be cracking down on this one soon enough

The first room they gave me had a very small bed in it even though I booked a Double. They were more than happy to give me a different room with a much larger bed and the room was absolutely lovely. Spacious too and in a very good location. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the souq. I would recommend this hotel.

My first trip was so much better in terms of service. It could have been because of EID. But phones were not being answered, bags took forever to come to the room. When we checked out the bost back was behind schedule almost 40 mins and to get car from valet took another 20 mins. Just much slower than our first trip.
