The receptionist at the reception was professional and prompt, but the carpet in the room was worn and dirty. I liked the bedding and mattress, but overall, the hotel and room were old. I didn't like the lack of food stores and restaurants nearby. The buffet selection at the evening dinner in the hotel restaurant was limited; the chicken seemed stale, so I didn't eat it. I paid R$59 for the buffet...

The location is convenient and walking distance to the metro, to the souk, and many other amenities.

The room was spacious and clean. The access of the hotel was through a back street especially if we were walking which was inconvenient at night time. It was close to Souq Waqif but far from all other tourist sites. When I booked this hotel, it included a window with city view as well but we didn’t get that. There was a window with a view of the wall.

Let me warn everyone: whoever books this place is getting ripped off! Trip.com should really take this hotel off their site! For a price tag of over 1600, the room facilities are worse than what you'd get for 300 domestically 😂 It's truly ridiculous; the room doesn't even have a USB port. Both the hallway and the room reek. With that budget, wouldn't it be better to book a Westin or other Intercontinental...

Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after...

Overall a very relaxed and spacious hotel with big rooms and quiet corridors. Staff at the desk are excellent and the security staff and concierge polite and friendly. Lots and lots of meeting space. The room AC was very cold which is perfect for most of the year but when I stayed in winter, the room was too cold.

Although the location is inconvenient, the room is perfectly equipped, even with a washing machine, and best of all, there's a spacious sauna with the perfect temperature for self-loyly. And no one else was using it. After the sauna, I jumped in the pool and enjoyed some fresh air in a reclining chair. It felt great in the hot weather of Qatar.

The hotel is well-located and clean. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately, we stayed during a renovation period, so it was quite noisy at night. The staff did their best to resolve the issue, but there shouldn't be construction work at night when the hotel is occupied.

I didn't eat here, so I can't comment on the food. It's a centrally located hotel that offers good value for its price. The staff were well-meaning and helpful. They gave us coupons for their affiliated beach, but we weren't allowed to bring snacks from our bag into the beach. It would have been better if we had known this beforehand.

Not far from the airport, quick check in process room nice big a spacious. Only stayed for one night, but we check in early hours of the morning and they allowed us to check out later not normal so we appreciate that thank you.

Bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, air conditioning worked well. Once we got a new remote, tv worked well. Phone didn’t not work, we needed to request towels as there was only one hand towel in the room. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Toilet seat stained and pealing. Shower pressure good.

The first room wasn't in good condition. There were also a few cockroaches. After complaining, we were given a new room the next day. That was fine. The staff was very friendly and fixed all the problems.

Not too fancy but it's worth it for the money. I think hotels should put more toiletries and additional towels and also much better if they put slippers.
