3 star hotels in Dublin

This is a great hotel, clean, location fabulous and a hearty breakfast available. However, don’t be in a rush for a drink the bar service is dreadful, slow, got drinks wrong and basically let the hotel dow. Other than that we would recommend.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Trinity College, the shopping street, and the Temple Bar area. You access it just around the corner from the Liffey River, not directly on the riverfront, which is actually nice as it keeps it quiet and off the main road. Great Value for money Loved the Hotel, location, room commodoties, and fantastic breakfast.

Hampton by Hilton dublin city centre has been good for my 5 day stay. Location is ideal for tourist purpose. Breakfast is also acceptable considering 3 star hotel. Certainly I recommendto others and have intention to stay agsin.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is also quite good, especially the baked beans which are delicious. The transportation is convenient too, with the airport shuttle and many bus lines right outside the door.

Well I don't recall the mention of the nightclub on site that played music until 3am Avoid if you value sleep

Hotel is in a good location, looks nice from outside. Rooms are slightly dated but fine for a couple days. The real issue was the heat of the room over 30° and noise from the club within the hotel. Staff did move us to a new room for our next night which was better but we were awoke to someone drunk from the club trying to get into our room, likely a misunderstanding. I would probably just say avoid...

Its on top of a night club till 3 am so do not exspect to sleep

The main issue is the noise. The hotel is right above a nightclub. I asked for a room change and was able to get a quieter room the next day. The hotel is otherwise not bad, old historic building, so it has its issues and smells, but otherwise decent and clean. The location is great, within walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly. There was no restaurant open on site, but many options...

I stayed here and was unable to get any sleep because there is a nightclub attached to the hotel which plays very loud music until 2.30 am. So loud earplugs didn't even work. Not happy.

Great hotel near Stephen’s Green. Rooms comfortable. Only negative is the loud noise coming from the nightclub which went on until 2.30am and it was really difficult to sleep despite the ear plugs provided.

Lovely experience at the Clarendon Suites. Central location makes it easy to access all attractions easily, Lucas stations a stone throw away. We stayed 4 days and rooms were cleaned daily, replenished tea and coffee etc. little fridge was handy. Staff at Rua Bar couldn’t be more helpful! these are basic rooms with a modern feel. Great for the price and location.

Stuff friendly indeed, but it’s not a hotel, they are apartments that belong apparently to the bar below. Convenient if you like the bar life, you can get the stairs to you rooms through the Ladies Bathroom door.

The apartment was clean. Everything worked. Full height glazed windows so plenty of light. Bed was comfy. Other things to consider but not necessarily negative. The penthouse is up 4 flights of stairs and there is no lift. The apartments are above a bar, so it can be noisy until after midnight. That said the location is great and everything is a minute or two walk. You really couldn’t be in a better...

Beautiful apartments, newly renovated, super large double bed, comfortable,great location. Excellent value. Ensuite ... Beautiful. All in all a really enjoyable night. Would recommend all day. Excellent value for money. Again would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent accommodation. Very central but far enough away from Temple Bar to avoid the noise of partygoers late at night/ early hours and yet only a stones throw away so not too far a walk if that’s where you intend visiting. Very convenient for Grafton Street and only a 15 min walk to Henry Street or 10 mins to the dart station on Tara Street. I stayed over a weekend and had no issues with noise...

Easy to find, friendly reception, comfy bed.  Single room a little small but fine for what I needed it for.  Would recommend.

The frondesk girl was so kind and friendly. All staff was very nicd. Cozy rooms.

The room facilities ie TV did not work properly. The picture was fine but no sound on the main Irish channels which was disappointing The Staff were very nice

The bed was actually two twin beds pushed against each other with one king sheet. The bed and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. The shower was tiny so you could barely turn around or squat down to get your own shampoo/conditioner that you need to provide yourself. It also wasn’t told to anyone that was staying that the hotel locks door in and out around 7/8pm and you have to enter or exit by...

Exactly what I needed and where I needed, I was a solo traveller. Very friendly and helpful and had a great sleep.
