The location of this hotel is good, with excellent restaurants within minutes of walking. The room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is a nice start to the day although if you are staying for more than 2-3 days, a change of menu and food options would be great. Overall, recommended!

Okey hotell. It was a okey experiens. Some far distance from the city, so a taxi is a must if you don’t care to walk 40 minuttes each way to the city of Dublin.

The room given to us wasn't what we expected from the pictures online which was a disappointment. Walls were grubby and scratches were on the bathroom tiles. Seamless check-in via self-check in kiosk. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern environment. Good size of room and bathroom. Excellent location, right opposite of Stephens green shopping mall. We returned and picked up rental car from multi storey carpark in the mall, very convenient for us to access from this hotel. Good location coz we can reach the hotel by aircoach and easy to go the attraction in the city. The staff let us checkin early coz room is available and i appreciate that. The triple room is a bit tight for three people and amenities are completed. I like this hotel and the coffee down stair. The security is good coz you have to tab a room card before get in the elevator.

Was advertised as including parking, the parking is actually through a 3rd party which charges through the nose. €44 for less than 24 hours parking. Totally changes the value for money calculation. Location in Grafton Street close to main shopping attractions and St Stephen's Green Park. Within walking distance of the Luas (tram) connecting the north and south part of Dublin, and to O'Connell Street. Staff were respectful and polite. Room is wonderful.

I like the city of Dublin very much. This is my second visit to the city. I stay in the same hotel again. There is a beautiful park next to the hotel. After getting up in the morning, I have breakfast in the bright restaurant and then take a walk in the park.

The hotel's breakfast is very rich, a combination of buffet and a la carte. There are local Irish breakfasts including black and white pudding, eggs Benny's, sirloin steak, smoked salmon, etc. The portions are sufficient and there are many kinds of fruits. The local apricots, peaches and cherries all taste very good.

Room and hotel service are average, location is OK

TV remote was broken, the maintenance guy the reception sent said "it's like that..." wiggled it till it worked. It did not work again after I left. had no energy to deal with it.

Great hotel, facilities excellent. Rooms comfortable and clean. Gentleman who greeted us on arrival touted for business for restaurant, promising pre booked table and 10% discount. This was neither sought nor expected, nor I might say delivered, but did make some of our party uncomfortable. He asked if we would require a taxi the following morning then said there was a taxi rank across the road...

WiFi signal was poor on my room (at very end of hallway), but everything else was great. To fix it, I got a 15€ prepay SIM at Tesco: 10 GIGAbytes for 30 days (with great signal and connection).

I was left stranded at the airport late at night by Ryanair. Conrad was the only room I could book but when I arrived they were so welcoming and charming I felt very cared for. Thank you beautiful hotel!

Room was far too hot and the place smelled a bit weird at points, the elevator to use you need a key card and over 2 days I had to go to reception 3 times to have this fixed. Ate from north which is the connecting restaurant and the chicken wings left me feeling not the best

The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. No kleenx in the room and short on towels. When they brought the needed towels they were still wet. Otherwise it was a clean, attractive, and convenient place to sleep. Great beds!

Hotel is in a great location for arrivals from Connolly station as it’s literally across the road. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and we had a very spacious room. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch also. We would stay again.

Outside of the downtown area but located right on the River Liffey. Easy walking to everything. Health clube had a nice jacuzzi, along with lap pool. Buses stop right outside of hotel to and from the airport. Very convenient. Nice place. Our room had a lovely small balconey with table and two chairs!

Very modern and clean. One of the few hotels in Dublin with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fully equipped gym. Lounge and bar are bery lively. Location is next to dublin airport express but about 15-20 mins walk from city. If have coin laundry, will be even better

I am particularly satisfied with the location of the hotel. It is in Dublin 1, next to the river. There are buses and an M&S convenience store nearby. It is not in a downtown area. It is quiet and very suitable for people who pursue comfort.

Train stop is just less than 3mins walk from hotel. Convenient to walk to nearby pubs and restaurants as well. Room was clean and spacious.

Generally a nice hotel, good for staying for short periods, just the sound proof is a bit bad, can hear everything from outside the corridor, and would be nice if there’s additional locker on the door, will feel much safer

The staff are friendly and helpful. Services are nice with quick responses, but the room is a bit dark. Nearby areas are quite safe and quiet. It’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind travelling a bit from the city centre.

Great spot for staying in Dublin city. Very close to LUAS (tram) stop and pubs and restaurants in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No hassle at all!
