Dublin, Leeson Street Upper (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Public areas of hotel are great, excellent staff and good breakfast, let down by noise from adjoining rooms and constant door banging at night. Food in the bar could also have been a lot better. Aircon was a bit hit and miss and the window catch was either locked or broken, so unable to get fresh air into the room
Hotel and room very clean and tidy. No residents bar after 11pm, although the staff very friendly and atmosphere was nice. Kept having issues with the car parking passes even though we validated on every exit when going out for the day. Nice stay
Our experience was good in general.
We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, and also with the receptionists (the ladies) on the night we arrived at the hotel.
However, I must highlight the work and patience of the gentleman who checked us in, whose name I cannot remember, and of course, the excellent and professional service provided by Paul, who was fantastic and treated us wonderfully...
We were here for business and stayed on a couple extra days. Location is about 30 minutes walking to Temple Bar area. Staff greeted us and we're helpful with recommendations. Bar and banquet room were nice.
The rooms weren't horrible, but some extra attention would be good. Mold in the shower and molding. Outlet on the desk did not work.
There is a nice neighborhood with restaurants close by.
I stayed at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road and found it comfortable but not perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient — close enough to walk to the city centre but still quiet at night. However, the room felt a bit warm, and there was no way to open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was fine but quite expensive for what was offered...
Excellent hotel. Staff were nice, bar was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! Next time I’m in Dublin, I’ll definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely visit agai
Good location. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but comfortable. Excellent value given its central location.
Great location in Dublin city centre. Beautiful lobby and public areas. Nice food in the bar and a good selection for breakfast. I always stay here when in Dublin.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin and found its location on O'Connell Street to be exceptionally convenient for exploring Dublin's main attractions. The room was clean and featured a mini-fridge, which was useful for keeping drinks cool.
However, the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The selection lacked variety, and the quality didn't meet expectations. Additionally...
Perfect location - everything within walking distance and the air coach from Derry Londonderry dropped us off right in front of the Gresham.
Comfortable beds, and good facilities in the room. Welcoming service downstairs too. Excellent selection in the breakfast.

We got the last availability so perhaps our downstair room wasn't the best but it has well renovated bathroom and overall the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Awesome room service. I wish there was a little fridge included. The bed cover was very hot and no thin linen available (just the big bed cover). No facecloth but I guess it's typical in Ireland? Coffee corner not always open and no coffee...
The location is great, and the breakfast is good too.
This hotel was a real pleasure to stay in during this trip. It seems to be a renovated old building. It's right next to the British Embassy in Ireland. The room was nicely decorated, the furniture was exquisite, and the bed was very comfortable. The bus stop is right outside, making it convenient for getting around. There's also an air coach station, making it easy to get to and from the airport.
The hotel is like a historical site with a beautiful appearance. The rooms are also European-style. It doesn't feel hot even without air conditioning. The lobby public area is also spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is rich. The bathroom has a shower curtain rod that is very suitable for hanging cool clothes. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the transportation is also very convenient...
The hotel is very responsible, no deposit is required, and they will send a reminder email before check-in, and confirm it again and again, which is very guaranteed!
The hotel has its own 🏰 yard, and the rooms have USD and type C plugs

The meals served in the restaurant are terrible. Something akin to hospital food but much more expensive. I would guess that the food is prepared off site and reheated in the hotel. Although mine was cold. Breakfast was good.
Great facilities, easy check-in, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Would stay again!
We booked into a double double room but due to some indusclosed issue at check jn we were given a double with a single and a day bed. My kids did not settle well with this set up unfortunately.
Didnt go for breakfast or the dinner offer that came online €80 for 4 because despite 2 phonecalls and at check in no one could tell me if 1adult and three 16year old kids (my daughter and 2 friends) could avail of offer.
Also for breakfast couldnt tell me if 16 year olds are kids or adults . Bar went to get food at 2.20 saw menu downstairs ,no body was interested in serving us then someone asked...
It had recently had some refurbishment and the reception and breakfast area were super nice! Rooms have been great on both my stays
I called morning of my arrival to add another room and SEAN answered. Sean was a pleasure to speak with and very accommodating. 5* for Sean.

A lovely hotel suitable for Trinity College Dublin tour. Great value on a Sunday night. Air con in the room meant that we could chill the room as the room was really warm.
Would stay here again.
Lovely place to state.
Great location and the parking service was very convenient.
Great breakfast too.
Loved the classic lobby. Very close to Trinity College. The bus stop for Dublin Airport Express is nearby.
The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Nice trip in Dublin.

Great location for concerts. Check in a bit slow and we asked a question about voucher for Kildare village and they didn’t know anything about it and said would ring us but no call came. On check out though girl at reception knew about it and gave me voucher. Food was nice but not a lot of choice on menu.
Stayed for 2 nights.
Flies in room, flies in bar, staff are a pain in the **** and frankly should find other careers.
They have no idea about service or customer management.
Whomever is in charge of cleanliness needs to be replaced. Was bitten by insects after my stay.
Very nice hotel, very clean, spacious room.
Unfortunately, during our stay the tram line was under construction, which complicated our travel to the city center.
Very new hotel and there was a garden at the 3rd floor roof. Rooms are really big. Very close to the port that we are heading to.
The room is clean, big and the staff is helpful.
Great hotel and helpful staff on the check in desk. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, earning a relatively good nights sleep for my one-night stay. The room has the basics you need to get by. Location is great as it’s in the heart of the city, although being situated right at the top of the Liffy there will be some walking to get to the fun spots. However, you can get the tram right outside...

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. All the staff were amazing - especially Alex on reception- nothing was too much trouble.
Food was fantastic too and first class service throughout our stay.
Rooms are very comfortable and slept really well.
Great experience overall with the hotel and the staff are wonderful. Would be great if they had a sauna and the showers in the rooms could be better otherwise highly recommend a stay here!
Bravo to the Hyatt Centric, and thank you for a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious and immaculate, the restaurant excellent (the vegan options were a real treat for my friend) and the Front Desk staff was gracious, warm and accommodating! The eco-friendly policy was appreciated, as well, so thank you for your contribution to save our planet!
everything was great, as expected with Hyatt standards.
the breakfast is not the best we had due to quite limited choice, but in general restaurant is very good.
Very friendly staff, check in process was smooth and quick. Room was clean, well furnished and had all the things I need. Only caveat was the shower water pressure was quite weak, but perhaps it was just my room.
Excellent! It's very close to Dublin's famous tourist attractions, just a few minutes' walk. The staff are lovely, it's clean, and feels very safe.

Walking into the hotel, it was impressive and nice to have the door opened for us on arrival. The staff was super friendly and the check-in was nice and quick.
Considering the amount that we paid, the room didn’t really feel that superior. There were no glasses for water, no complimentary water on arrival and everything seemed quite basic considering the amount of money it cost. I would’ve expected...
All staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Hotel is lovely and clean.
Nice touch that there is fresh water stations on some of the floors .
Stayed here 3 times as it's close st james hospital.
Will be staying again .
It's close to the train station and has good facilities.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Ashling! Sad to leave Ireland, but we’ll be back soon.
Due to the distance I had to travel, I asked if they could store my suitcases the day before my stay. The woman at the reception was very cheerful and friendly, and called a Japanese staff member for me, which I am grateful for.
Breakfast was buffet style and there was a wide variety to choose from.
It was also great that the main station was very close by.
Perfect location, really good breakfast, luggage storage very secure, water dispenser in lobby, room has everything you need.

Hotel general areas were lovely, clean and modern. We have a lounge on our floor which was perfect for two families to hang out. Only issue we had was the pillows in the room were feathers and my wife is asthmatic and they only had two alternatives as the hotel was fully booked. Other than that it was a lovely stay and lovely hotel.
Super hotel just a short walk from city centre. Very convenient for airport and spotlessly clean
Rooms are spotless, really comfortable beds, great amenities.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
The hotel was fine and although we left early in the morning, they gave us breakfast in a bag so we could enjoy it.
We had an outstanding stay at the Croke Park Hotel in Dublin. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome and even surprised us with an upgrade to a premium suite, which was a wonderful touch and really made our trip extra special.

Standard continental breakfast.
Very good location to get in from the airport and for the convention center that I was visiting for work. I enjoyed the hotel, which had good facilities, helpful staff and was great value compared to others we looked at.
It was decent, nothing spectacular, but no major issues either.
Perfect location but very out of date facilities.
Clean tidy, great room’s spacious digital lighting takes a bit of sussing for a dunce like me but not a major issue.
Would recommend and stay again
Room was far too hot and the place smelled a bit weird at points, the elevator to use you need a key card and over 2 days I had to go to reception 3 times to have this fixed. Ate from north which is the connecting restaurant and the chicken wings left me feeling not the best

Lovely hotel with really nice staff. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only downside was the cold shower I had to take in the morning because they had an issue with the hot water.
Really great place, warm welcome, perfect service, right in the heart of the city. Rooms were really nice, unfortunately there was a heating problem in mine, but the hotel staff brought portable heaters immediately which solved the problem 😁. Another small remark - I guess it’s because it’s Ireland - everything was made for tall people and I am rather short 😁, so the shower handle was right against...

I had a great stay here. My room was really lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ll be staying again.
Hotel and room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, the door to the hallway is not soundproof so you can be woken up by other hotel guests coming in all through the night. Clayton is a good hotel. I stayed with them in Glasgow and it was great. In Dublin did not clean the room nicely and staff were not very friendly
Great location. This is my go to hotel. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t because my bathroom wasn’t clean during my 3-night stay. They even forgot trash bags there.
Excellent location, great staff abs breakfast the following morning, room was spotless and spacious
Non-smokers beware…
Hotel was quite nice but the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible in our room. It was coming through our vent and the hallways were also full of smoke…we were in a smoke-free room/floor but obviously didn’t matter. We mentioned it to the front desk but they didn’t seem to offer any solution(s).

The big attraction for us was the free parking which is rare in Dublin hotels. Stay was great
Gorgeous grounds, convenient parking, helpful staff a plenty. Short walk to St Stephen's Green/Trinity College and Dublin City center was super convenient when I didn't want to hassle with parking.
Breakfast was excellent, will absolutely stay here again.
The hotel is lovely and has a lot of charge. The layout of the hotel is very unusual and someone with a bad sense of orientation should not stay there. However there are signs in the hallways.
We had issues with our first room and the lady at the reception moved us to another room. However the windows seemed not to stay open in that one.
The beds were good and the room spacious. There was a kettle...
The excellent location where is nearby in Avivam stadium and the Bray train is not far away. The room is that cozy to sleep but easier get noisy when wake up in the morning. And the fitness room is out of service that make me disappointed.
Lovely place to stay only a 30min walk to the city
Very limited amenity nearby. Hotel staff are friendly, however, we are disappointed by their service on the day tour package they helped to book for us, the package turned out to be not they told us and we have Topup extra to buy separate ticket to enjoy the full package tour. Service was excellent and check in was lovely. We arrived around 11:30am and our room was ready. We had a lovely spot on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds. Keyboard on phone not working so need to physically go to reception to ask for an ice bucket if you want to chill your items.
Just stayed for one night. Arrived around 13.00 and staff took care of our bags as too early to check in. Went to the hotel bar to get a spot of lunch. Food was excellent and reasonable with respect to prices.

We had a very late check-in; our room wasn't ready even around 2 o'clock, and we had to wait outside for a while. The room was quite small, and there was construction happening right outside.
