We had a fantastic 3 night stay from start to finish. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm, from the restaurant staff to the front of house and the gym/spa staff. We had dinner at Sophies and loved the food and cocktails. Breakfast was lovely, with excellent service. The hotel room was fantastic, with a lovely bed and bathroom. Every detail about the hotel is superb and of a truly high standard. A huge thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful stay here. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Decent hotel by the train station if you don't mind the sound of the trains. Window profiles don't offer the best acoustic performance

Location is perfect which near the bus station travel from Dublin, train station is 1 min away , the room is clean , large and comfortable, we got a welcome drinks while checking in , staff is friendly and they have a leaflet /map that introduce scenic spot of cork city, it’s really helpful and I love it .

Hotel is vey stylish and modern, lovely rooms, the restaurant is on the 6th floor and has great views! The only problem we had was parking as the yrainstation car park was full!

18.08.2025 Jones

I live on the 3rd floor. The noise isolation from downstairs is not good. The bathroom is well designed with a dry and wet separation, although there is no bathtub. The bathroom does not have a horizontal bar or hanging wire for hanging clothes, only wall-mounted hooks.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner with friends and family in Sophie's restaurant, which was enjoyed by all!

Very convenient to Cork Kent Station and city centre. Very comfortable and modern decor . Wonderful view from Sophie’s restaurant. Beautiful pool .

Five minutes from the railway station. Very modern and well maintained. A short walk from the City Center. The fitness center/spa/pool/ sauna is excellent.

Fantastic find. Authentic North African food and the best fallafal I have had anywhere in the world

05.12.2017 Jaco

Best falafel in Cork, best Turkish coffee, delicious middle-eastern food and the Shishas are great too, although the shishas are very expensive.

18.11.2017 Nabeel

I have been here and there was only a single man serving, cooking, getting bills and simply one man army. So naturally had to wait for my Mixed Moroccon grill. I ate it as I was quite hungry but food was not fresh. It seemed it was made long before serving and they just rewarmed it. Had been to Cedar House in Limerick and Dublin. They serve real fresh food.

29.10.2017 Mohamed

Lovely staff, wonderful Friendly and amazing. The food is great and very delicious. Prices are reasonable. I just can’t stop going there.

If tourist avoid, if local avoid.
The worst experience I've had in my life.
The food was terrible, not even Lebanese.
Everything out of a packet rather than freshly prepared.
The fake reviews posted on this site are freshly prepared by the owner of this business.
Google should have cottoned onto the fake reviews much sooner, rather then I investigating the reviews. Just avoid.
