Some dranken men screamed in middle of the night and woke me up. My room is facing a rubbish collection point(I think it is) and every night some dranken ppl gathered there and made noise. Very annoying especially our room is at lower floor.

Hotel is very nice. Was issued the wrong room first but quickly and efficiently sorted. Some construction going on at the main entrance at the moment.

Really clean hotel in a great location. Rooms were big and quiet. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee could’ve been better, and I wish there were more cheeses and greens to choose from.

Breakfast is good, room is big enough but no shopping centre nearby. Food street close to hotel is nice for dinner.

Hotel is very central to the city of Cork. The attending staff were always smiling and all so very helpful. The room was airy and bright and extremely clean.

I got a room with a window facing the in-door atrium, which meant not having a window with daylight. For the price I paid, I would expect to have a room with a window with daylight.
Spa was not clean and I didn't enjoy it at all. Breakfast was not good either. I won't stay with Clayton again.

Got the antipasto and a pizza and was very impressed. Both were delicious. The antipasto plate for one looked small at first but was actually good value and though I wasnt full, I was satisfied. The pizza was very tasty too. Nice crisp base and not floppy like a lot of places. Could be a little bigger though. Also the price was a little high for what we got. All in all, recommended.

The place is big and you don't realise until your inside. The menu does offer a wide range of pizza and other Italian dishes. Always ask what size the pizza is vs other portions. I went as a family of 2 adults and 3 children under 10. The kids menu is a 3 course menu for €8.50 and drinks are not included ( remember that ) our bill in terms of value came to €97 and change so value for money and service is very high. Word of caution add it up as you go..

Had an amazing meal here. Everyone was really nice and the food was prepared and brought to us very quick. Very enjoyable for Everyone whether it be for a couple or a family everyone is made feel welcome.

I hadn’t been for a few years & I have never written a review but felt I had to. The food was undercooked, we were seated at a dark corner when there were only 3 other tables seated. One waiter on duty whose manner was atrocious. Asked could he cook the pizza longer & it came back burnt. Bill pretty much thrown on the table. AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL FOOD & it has changed so much to what it was years ago. And they weren’t even busy.

Best falafel in Cork, best Turkish coffee, delicious middle-eastern food and the Shishas are great too, although the shishas are very expensive.

I have been here and there was only a single man serving, cooking, getting bills and simply one man army. So naturally had to wait for my Mixed Moroccon grill. I ate it as I was quite hungry but food was not fresh. It seemed it was made long before serving and they just rewarmed it. Had been to Cedar House in Limerick and Dublin. They serve real fresh food.

If tourist avoid, if local avoid.
The worst experience I've had in my life.
The food was terrible, not even Lebanese.
Everything out of a packet rather than freshly prepared.
The fake reviews posted on this site are freshly prepared by the owner of this business.
Google should have cottoned onto the fake reviews much sooner, rather then I investigating the reviews. Just avoid.
