Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Hotel is over Cruises Night club and the music /bass went until 4:00 am. Didn’t sleep at all. Beds are uncomfortable. Our second rooms toilet didn’t work. TV went between colored snow, lines and the show. I had the worst headache staying here. Do not recommend!!! It has more of a scary hostel vibe.

Well located property and nice coffee shop on the first floor. The street has a lot of late Saturday night activity. You are forewarned after you book. So heads up. Clean and modern feel and room was comfortable.

Not friendly not very accommodating. Charged a $100 deposit in case I smoked. I was supposed to get it back after they cleaned my room. It’s been 2 days now.

To be honest, they don’t deserve any stars. The pictures they show online look nothing like what you see when you get there!!! The rooms were dingy and dirty looking!!! After check-in, we went to the room and found the facilities in the bathroom were not working properly. We went to reception to see if someone could fix and they refused advising they did not have anybody. We then asked to be moved to another room because the bathroom was not functioning… Their response was to use the bathroom in the dining room… Why would anyone in the middle of the night having to use the restroom, want to go downstairs into a dining room? We asked to speak with management they refused. After the refusal to assist in anyway possible, we decided to find another hotel. We went to reception and I advised that I was checking out… And to complete the process again, she refused. I asked to speak with management. I was leaving regardless she finally got somebody on the phone who claimed she was a manager who refused to assist me in anyway, and then hung up on me. I had to leave without being checked out that was on May 26. It is now June 16 and they still have not released my hold On my credit card!! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked in Europe or in the United States!!! I would definitely advise you to not book at this hotel!!

We stayed on a Wednesday night, they inform you of the noise from the night club. The night club isn’t open during the week, but there’s a very nice bar next to it we had a blast in!!. We didn’t hear a peep the whole night. Would definitely stay again!!

Unless you are young, plan to party, and don’t care about shabbiness, do not stay here.
This would be a 1.5-star, because one particular employee was very nice and very quickly tried to make things right. But everything else screamed 1-star.
We were put in the (most-likely) worst room in the hotel, just above the “club”, which on weekends is insanely loud until 4am. The music was thumping (we could feel it) until 2. And then the drunk crowds outside our window were screaming and carrying on until 4. I took a voice memo at 3:17am. We barely slept, and then in the morning the young woman at the desk, when we asked to be move because of the excessive noise, defensively said, “well it’s Sunday, so it won’t be like that tonight. And I can’t promise we can give you a different room.” When we returned at the end of the day the better employee said no we didn’t have new room, but very quickly changed it for us, and apologized for the late hour of the noise.
In addition, this hotel is shabby, dark (so dark that you can’t read in the room at night), the plumbing sucks, and the food (we chose to
Include breakfast- big mistake) was terrible. Our second (and what we chose to be our last breakfast) the employees were laughing at the broken pipe that burst AGAIN in the back of the kitchen (with much scurrying around with rags and mops). I’m sure the owners of this hotel are doing as little as possible to “keep it up”, and it’s not enough.

The hotel is decent in cleanliness and comfort. There were two staff at the reception and one gave us a look like she wasn't going to help us, then looked at the other staff member, telling her to help us. It didn't give us a great feeling.

The only other item to know is that it will probably be loud until 2 or 2:30 in the morning at least. It didn't bother me too much to have pulsing, beating electronic music all night, but my friends had to use ear plugs.

Right in the heart of Ennis. Old hotel with modern amenities. Great place to stay with cafe restaurant and bar on ground level. Luggage storage was helpful too.

Great location. Easy to check in and out. The flush in the toilet should be maintained. It was taking forever to refill.

Terrible room, was dirty and the bathroom toilet/shower was non-functional. Advised staff to fix, they refused!!! Advised I wanted to check out, they refused and would not release the hold on my credit card and would not refund my money!!
