Location was excellent and in town but unfortunately the room could Benifit from sound proofing windows . I could hear everything from pedestrians to pedestrian traffic light noises for most of the night .

I m surprised to see no mini fridge in the room when I checked in and I had to request for it. It spent over an hour for them to deliver the fridge to my room in late afternoon. My son dropped a toy one day and he accidentally found some snacks packing trash, which were not generated by us, under the beds...toilet cleaning is ok but they didn't refill the smallest towel every day. Also, they sometimes will forget to refill the tea bags/water/milk to us. They usually sent to us right after we called. Location is good and convenient.

The hotel was in a great location, but the service was poor. We called and asked for early check-in. When we called back on the day to confirm, they didn't answer the phone. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk said the rooms were not ready and to come back at 3 pm. When we came back at 3 p.m., he tried to tell us that the rooms were still not ready and that check-in time was from 3pm it didn't have to be 3 pm. We told him that wasn't correct and complained and he managed to magically find us our rooms.

Spotless hotel and lovely location. Parking is around the corner and across the street which isn’t a big deal when traveling in groups but would make me nervous if traveling alone at night. Hotel provides you with a voucher too which brought my parking down from €11.50 to €2.40 for the day. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very nice restaurant, if a bit small. If you have a large group I would recommend that you make a reservation. Menu has a wide verity of limited options. Interior is quite romantic, and staff pleasant.

On arrival we were seated at the back of the restaurant (which we didn't really like considering there was tables free at the front). My partner didn't take to the staff and felt uncomfortable (hard to describe, but felt at times they were just going through the motions).
The food was nice. I opted for the Peppercorn chicken starter and sweet and sour chicken main. My partner had the Deep fried calamari and Sirloin Steak (with only one large Onion Ring, and not Onion Rings, plural, as per the menu. OK. I'm being finicky there!).
To sum up. Food nice. Reasonably priced. Service maybe needs a little refinement.

Great place for groups. Great selection of food. Try and go forbthe asian style of serving. Where youll get the food served in the center of the table. This way youll get to taste more dishes. The reason for the last missing star is the lack of attention to the restrooms, which is seen in the picture.

Dirt, curry tasted like peas, smell of rust off the chicken, I’m sure the curry was from tesco cause my mam honestly gets the same one? nobody behind the counter was wearing gloves handling the food all over bad service tbh.
