Everyone gets their own private pod bed, and the privacy is excellent. You can even lock it from the inside, and it comes with ventilation, air conditioning, and adjustable lighting. I think this is a highly cost-effective hostel. Plus, the other guests I stayed with were from different countries and regions, and everyone was super friendly. The room offers free hot and cold water, disposable cups, and tissues, and the showers and toilets are very convenient. Highly recommended.

Honestly, even though it's a capsule hotel, I thought it was pretty good. My partner and I didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic at all.

My stay at Galaxy Pods Chinatown was overall quite average and more suitable for a short budget stay rather than comfort, as the location is definitely convenient and close to MRT and food options, but the sleeping experience was not great—the bed was too hard and thin, making it difficult to rest properly, and the pod itself does not block out noise well, so you can easily hear other guests moving around or talking, which affects sleep quality; while the concept of having a private pod is nice, the facilities and cleanliness feel quite basic and inconsistent, so it’s acceptable if you just need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, but not ideal if you’re looking for comfort or a good, uninterrupted sleep.

Small but perfectly formed, it has everything you need. I brought my own disposable sheets and pillowcases, so overall it was pretty good. The main draw was the affordable price and having my own private space. There are cheaper hostels nearby, but they don't offer any privacy.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at Galaxy Pods Capsule Hotel. On the night of 17 March and early morning of 18 March, around 2:00am, a staff member brought in a new guest and slammed the capsule doors loudly multiple times. This completely disrupted our sleep for hours.
The staff was speaking loudly (with Indonesian slang) and showed no consideration for guests who were already resting. In a place meant for sleeping, this level of noise is unacceptable.
Very disappointing service and lack of basic courtesy. Would not recommend if you value a good night’s rest.

Loved the Location many tourists attractions near by also two train stations at walking distance and 7/11 near by too, had a good sleep overall, though is important to have considerate people staying there as the capsules are quite fragile and you can here everything really. The team was amazing,really helpful and caring! ❤️Marie at the reception was lovely and friendly🫶🏻

The private room is located in the same sleeping quarter as the pods on the third floor, just had an extra flight of stairs and its own door. Quiet room, but can hear the alarm of folks in pods. Central to restaurants, malls and MRT. Has coffee, teas and a water filling station. Showers and toilets are in the same closet, only 2 per floor. If you're on the second floor. You might not get sleep as the music from the bars will likely leak into the room

It was a nice stay in this hotel. For budget trip, this is okay. But if you are sensitive to possible noise from other capsul, better skip it. But for me, as a solo traveller, i love it. Thank you to the Filipino staffs, very nice.

Staffs are very friendly, helping me carry my luggage to the 2nd, the key is I didn't ask him to help. Very clean, very convenient to Chinatown street mrt and hawker, restaurant in minutes walking distance. Like in a space ship. Super cool experience.

The calamari starter was a bit overpriced for the portion served.
The pasta was done well and pricing reasonably.
Did not appreciate that the guests at the table by the door was allowed to smoke (arsh tray provided) and the fresh cool breeze blew the smell and tarnished the experience.
