The hotel was renovated and well managed. We come here every year as the hotel gives us a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the lobby has a variety of food, and the club lounge gives us a great view and peaceful moments. Our staff Nursha at the club lounge always remembers us and greet us with smile and kindness.

Hotel was located conveniently near Orchard Boulevard MRT station (brown line). Room was clean but amenities felt lacking. The TV wasn’t a smart TV and it didn’t allow screen-mirroring. Even an older A8 is still an A8! The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but everything else was up to par. It's convenient for getting anywhere and definitely worth a longer stay.

The hotel front desk service was highly problematic: different customers received different treatment. At checkout, they directly helped my friend store his luggage at the front desk, but then required me to carry it to the storage room myself.
