This hotel is right next to the subway, making travel very convenient. At noon, there were many staff in the lobby helping with check-in and check-out, and they were all very friendly. I stayed for 4 nights, and communication was seamless as everyone spoke fluent Chinese.
The twin beds, at 1.37 meters each, are perfect for families. It's very quiet, so we slept exceptionally well. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the City Hall subway exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.
The hygiene was poor, and the air conditioning temperature limit was very inconvenient. The hotel pool was under renovation. The main issue was the uncomfortable air conditioning; I couldn't even get it cool enough, as the lowest setting was 21 degrees.
Paid for the Marina Bay view and totally worth it. Nothing beats waking up to such a nice view and going to bed with the Singapore landscape and night lights. The room is spacious and comfortable. Simple toiletries and amenities.
One thing that needs to be improved is the kerb/slope between the bathroom and room. Almost slip on a few occasions while wearing bedroom slippers. Very very dangerous for...
Great location! The hotel is right above an MRT station and Raffles City, which has Ya Kun Kaya Toast and many other restaurants. It's also within walking distance to Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands Shoppes, and Suntec City for the Duck Tours. The room balcony offers a pretty good view of Marina Bay.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything from the initial check-in experience to the checkout experience was phenomenal. The staff were all so courteous and friendly. This location is perfectly situated in the middle of malls, restaurants, and shops. The views were spectacular and even though the larger pool was undergoing maintenance, it was an enjoyable pool experience for the...

Huge room space! Love the bathroom space ( no ***** kit) all the amenities was so nice good working space and nice view the location was great!
My recent stay at the Carlton Hotel Singapore completely redefined my expectations for convenient downtown accommodation. The location, facilities, and service were all top-notch, making for a refreshing and comfortable overall experience.
The hotel's location is truly unbeatable! It's right in the Bugis/Beach Road area, just a few minutes' walk from Bugis MRT station. Exploring places like Kampong...
Very good hotel with an excellent location, right by Raffles. I've booked it for two business trips in a row. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of a bedside outlet, so I have to charge my phone at the desk. Otherwise, the cleanliness and the staff's warmth are impeccable.
The location is super convenient! Directly across the street, the mall's basement has the 'City Hall' MRT station, which connects to two lines. The hotel room was quite spacious, and the view was really open. The room we were assigned overlooked Chijmes, and the scenery in the early morning and at dusk was absolutely beautiful. The hotel's swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent.
Absolutely a place I would return to stay. Convenient with food and shopping too. Easy access to the MRT stations as well
I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient for shopping malls and the subway right outside. There were a lot of international guests, and for Singapore, a 30+ square meter room at this price is really good value for money. The room also had a nice view. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Singapore Shangri-La: An Exploration of Southeast Asian Hotels
Opened in 1971, this hotel holds significant historical value as it's the very first property in the entire Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group. Thanks to excellent upkeep, it doesn't feel old at all. It features three wings in total: Tower, Valley, and Garden. I stayed in the Tower Wing this time. The room was quite spacious, though its...
A luxurious weekend spent at Shangri-la’s Valley Wing! From the large and comfortable room to the impeccable offerings at the lounge, this is one pampering experience that should not be missed.
I enjoyed my stay with Shangri-la Singapore. When I shared with them that I am celebrating my partner 's birthday during the stay, they offered not 1 but 2 complimentary birthday cake. The 2nd complimentary cake came as a surprise as they put it in my room while we were away. My partner and I were both pleasantly caught by it. Also, when we requested for additional toiletries and Nespresso capsules...
Everything here is really amazing! The pool the facilities and the ambience are superb. Its so so kids friendly especially there is a Buds playground inside and most importantly its free for first timers user for their app I think. Location of course, superb its at orchard road, and a little distance from the noise and central. They have free shuttle from hotel to Ion orchard and Takashimaya too hourly...
The bed was huge and the room was spacious. The hotel's breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide selection of Chinese, Western, Malay, and Japanese dishes, all of high quality. The laksa, in particular, was much better than what you'd find at many famous local eateries.
We booked a room in the Garden Wing, and the environment was absolutely beautiful. The room was also very large and comfortable. We brought a child with us, and by the time we checked in, an extra bed had already been added, so all three of us had our own comfortable beds. We also signed up for membership and received a complimentary breakfast for the child. The only downside was the terrible soundproofing...

Great hotel, brilliant breakfast and most importantly wonderful staff!
Everyone is very helpful and always at hand to assist with any questions.
Rosa on the reception was very welcoming and helped us get settled in quickly.
Brandon on the concierge desk gave some valuable information on how to get around the city from the hotel, as it was our first time in Singapore.
Great experience as always. Clean room and friendly staff. Very good location.
This is my second time here, and it's a very nice hotel overall. However, the service can be a bit stiff and inflexible. A great perk is being able to book a shower room after check-out, which is perfect for those with late-night flights who want to freshen up before heading to the airport.
This was the most expensive room we booked during our 7-day trip. We reserved it a month in advance for SGD 408 (which is about CNY 2244) and it included single breakfast (not through Trip.com). However, when we checked last minute, the price had dropped to CNY 1800 with double breakfast. The hotel refused to refund the difference. So, if you're traveling in the off-season, it's definitely better to...
The front desk service was too slow.!
We had to wait dozens of minutes just to check in. We asked several times, but there was still no clear result or efficient follow-up. The overall check-in experience was disappointing and needs improvement.
I had a wonderful short solo stay at Pan Pacific Singapore. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and very efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful city view that made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere—perfect for a...

The hotel seems to have a lot of foreign guests. Every time I call the front desk, I get transferred, which isn't very convenient for Chinese guests who aren't fluent in English.
It feels like the hotel partners with the airport. Every time I wait for the elevator, I see a lot of airline staff. Checking in also took a very long time; the efficiency was quite slow.

Excellent hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and it was super convenient to walk to the Merlion from there.
Stayed at the Fairmont Singapore for four days during my trip. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; I could walk to most attractions like Merlion Park, Bugis, and the National Gallery within 15 minutes, hardly needing public transport.
I booked a Deluxe King Room, and my window overlooked the Raffles Hotel across the street. While I couldn't see Marina Bay Sands, the view was still great...
Great hotel, and the location is fantastic! There's a mall downstairs, and the breakfast is good too! No complaints.
The room had all the usual essentials like security safe and large balcony, plus things like optional rain shower in the bathroom and unlimited cooled water from an elegant dispenser also housing a well packed drinks bar/fridge and coffee machine. The big king size bed was positioned central to the room so one can walk all the way around it which made a nice change to the usual 99% of hotel rooms with...

They offer Chinese-speaking staff, and I didn't need a power adapter to charge my devices, which was convenient. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The outdoor pool was very clean and not crowded, and the elevators require key card access, adding to the security.
A surprisingly good room:
1. The location is excellent, perfect for dining out and shopping!
2. My kids absolutely loved the sofa in the room; it magically transformed into a bed at night and won their hearts! They wouldn't sleep in the huge main bed, insisting on the sofa bed!
3. I was initially worried about the facilities being outdated since it's an older hotel, but after the renovation, all my...
I really loved the hotel's decor. It was renovated in 2024, so the rooms are very new and clean. The location is super convenient too; you can walk to the MRT in about a minute. Plus, there's a Coconut and an Old Chang Kee downstairs, and plenty of malls around the hotel, so it's great for exploring. The front desk even offers Chinese-speaking service. Breakfast was just okay, not a huge variety, so...
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with excellent facilities, clean rooms, and all the necessary amenities. The common areas are elegantly designed and exquisitely decorated. It's also incredibly convenient for getting around, and there are many delicious food options in the basement of Dongsha, which is nearby.
The rooms were all newly renovated in 2024, and the bedding and everything felt fresh and new, which I really liked. It's so much better than hotels that only do partial renovations. My friend and I booked separately and requested connecting rooms, which they arranged for us after we emailed them – that was fantastic! The hotel also surprised my child with a birthday cake, thank you so much. The room...
The hotel was just renovated in 2024 and looks very clean. However, perhaps due to rough renovation work, or maybe I just got an unlucky room, there was a buzzing sound like a short circuit from the light wires after I turned off the lights at night. I communicated this to the front desk, and a technician was sent to check it, saying it could be fixed, but nothing actually happened. This service is...

Great location, but the hotel is a bit old. The service was enthusiastic.
Hygiene: The bathtub wasn't very clean.
Service: Very good, they upgraded me to a premier room.
Environment: Nice.
Facilities are decent, though not brand new. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center, and it's a much better value than staying near Merlion Park. Service was good too; the staff speak Chinese, which was very convenient.
The room was quite spacious with a modern, minimalist decor. It was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The service was pretty good too. I'd definitely stay here again.
The room was very clean, and while the facilities were a bit old, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also fantastic, about a 10-minute walk to Orchard Road, which is super convenient.
For this area, the room is quite spacious at 35 square meters. The facilities are a bit dated, but overall, it's decent value for money. Everything you need is nearby, which is very convenient.
The room was pretty decent, especially for Singapore. It offered good value for money, and I have to highlight that the breakfast was truly excellent. The room was very spacious, and with an extra bed, it comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. It's located in the business center, very convenient to the subway. The environment and views are fantastic. One side overlooks Marina Bay Sands, while the other offers a city view. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the pool is beautiful and relaxing. The room was quite spacious, and the complimentary children's toiletries were a nice touch. The octagonal bay window with the bathtub was absolutely beautiful. I originally wanted to try Marina Bay Sands, but it was fully booked during Chinese New Year. After comparing other hotels in Marina Bay, I chose The Ritz-Carlton. After checking in, I realized that choosing The Ritz-Carlton for my trip to Singapore was absolutely the right decision.

Met expectations, and the location is pretty good. The hotel is surrounded by malls and attractions, so you can walk or take a taxi for the minimum fare to the Merlion Park or Marina Bay Sands.
Hygiene: The attention to detail was lacking; there were unidentified red stains on the indoor table. For an internationally renowned hotel brand, this is quite unacceptable.
Service: After reporting the above issues to the hotel, the response time was slow. They should have verified the situation and immediately offered a room change.
Had a fantastic stay, definitely worth every penny! The location is super convenient; it's just a short walk to Marina Bay Sands. The cleanliness was impeccable, no complaints there. Plus, every floor has an observation deck, so you don't even need to book a bay-view room to enjoy the scenery.

The room offers a view of the runway, and since the hotel is located between two runways, you can expect to hear planes taking off and landing at night. The hotel's pool also provides direct views of the aircraft. Drinking water is purified.
The location is excellent, especially for attending the airshow, as transportation is very convenient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note with their name, which showed great care. A highlight was also the open-air corridors of the hotel, allowing us to see planes taxiing by.
This hotel is super close to the airport, and the rooms are really clean. The food is absolutely delicious – I'd definitely come back if I had the chance! Nice hotel with nice in-room dinning, great services, highly recommended!
The hotel was renovated and well managed. We come here every year as the hotel gives us a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the lobby has a variety of food, and the club lounge gives us a great view and peaceful moments. Our staff Nursha at the club lounge always remembers us and greet us with smile and kindness.
They allowed a late check-out until 3 PM. The room was quiet and clean, the location was great with an open view, and the staff were very service-oriented.
Had a very pleasant and fun staycation at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. The hotel room was spacious and very suitable for those with young kids. View from the hotel was amazing. Also had a good experience at the executive lounge with great view at level 29.
My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. Had a very comfortable stay here and the breakfast buffet spread was scrumptious. 100% worth staying here.

Some front desk staff here tend to give Chinese guests rooms on less desirable floors. The air conditioning unit outside my assigned room was incredibly noisy at night, so I asked to switch. While they did resolve it, it really soured my mood! And the view outside the window was absolutely shocking 😠
Exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is quite refined, and the location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall, which I unfortunately discovered a bit late. Its prime location offers great convenience for transportation, with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, Hotel Jen is a highly recommended choice for a quality stay. Hotel was located conveniently near Orchard Boulevard MRT station (brown line). Room was clean but amenities felt lacking. The TV wasn’t a smart TV and it didn’t allow screen-mirroring. Even an older A8 is still an A8! The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but everything else was up to par. It's convenient for getting anywhere and definitely worth a longer stay.
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. I could see Marina Bay and the Merlion from my window. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located; you can directly access the MRT station from the fourth floor without having to go out into the sun.
The hotel front desk service was highly problematic: different customers received different treatment. At checkout, they directly helped my friend store his luggage at the front desk, but then required me to carry it to the storage room myself.
Fantastic hotel! It's conveniently connected to several shopping malls and super easy to get to the subway station. The service was excellent, and I loved that I could cast content to the TV. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is decent, right across from a large shopping mall where you can find and eat anything. The balcony offers a nice view of Marina Bay and the Marina Bay Sands. The air conditioning wasn't working. They came to fix it twice, and the second time it took half an hour, finishing at 10 PM. All I got was a complimentary breakfast. For a hotel of Mandarin Oriental's caliber, shouldn't they have upgraded me to a suite? The staff all looked so cold, as if they don't understand what a 'smile service' is in Singapore.
I took my daughter to Singapore and booked two nights at the Mandarin Oriental and two nights at Swissôtel The Stamford. This hotel is perfect for a vacation, and overall, my stay was fantastic.

There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and the nearest Sheng Siong supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Havelock MRT station is also just a 6-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.
the service was great, friendly staff. location was okay, had to walk to get to the station
The hotel is in a good location. Close to the MRT, the Tiong Bahua area and a short walk to China Town area, The room itself looked old. WiFi service was terrible, We were there for a 3 nights stay and that our room wasn't made up. No Bottel water provided , there have tap water safe to drink.
Stayed at Furama RiverFront and had a pleasant experience. We were able to check in early at 11am, which was very convenient. The pantry offers free coffee and tea, with a microwave for reheating food. There’s also a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, and the hotel is near Havelock MRT and bus stops. Nice stay and very budget-friendly.
Check in kiosk couldn’t find my booking when I entered the correct booking ID, and there isn’t any staff that I can look for. There were only two front desk staff.
Requested for kind size bed but when we entered the room, it was two single bed, called the front office 3 times and nobody picked up. 4th time a female staff picked up and told me she couldn’t hear me when I was literally speaking into...

The hotel rooms are indeed a bit dated, just as mentioned online, especially coming from the Mandarin Oriental. However, it's very family-friendly, with great kids' club and pool facilities perfect for children, giving it a true resort vibe.
Really loved the hotel's vibe and amenities, especially the pool. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. The free shuttle service to the island was also super convenient.
Perhaps it's because this family-friendly hotel is so popular, but there were so many people. The lobby was packed with guests checking in, and waiting in the hot and humid weather was really frustrating. They said check-in was at 3 PM, but we didn't get our key until 5 PM. Luckily, they upgraded us to a suite, which was a nice consolation.
The view was beautiful, and the service was good. The toiletries...
Shangri-La's service is famously good, but the facilities are too old. The TV must be twenty years old, right?! The shower in the bathroom isn't sealed properly either, and the breakfast isn't great.
I stayed here 7 years ago, and it's still pretty well-maintained. This time around, I felt the bathroom was quite old; there's no separate wet and dry area, so you have to shower in the bathtub, which is very inconvenient. On the 11th floor, the water pressure for the shower at night was incredibly low. The hotel breakfast was just okay – decent variety, but the taste was nothing special, not much...
The environment here is fantastic! The hotel has its own private beach. Besides the large swimming pool, there's also a splash pool, some simple water park facilities, a gym, and a small kids' play area, making it perfect for families with children. Most of the hotel staff speak Chinese, so communication was a breeze throughout our stay. The only downside is that the room facilities are quite old-fashioned

The hotel is conveniently located near the Promenade MRT station. Getting to Universal Studios and the S.E.A. Aquarium on Sentosa takes about 50 minutes, requiring 3 transfers, but none of the rides are very long. The Merlion statue is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and Marina Bay Sands is right across from it. The breakfast spread is excellent; I especially enjoyed the salmon and bagels. Plus, bus...
Drove to the entrance and staff helped with picking up my bags and luggages and ensured they were sent to the room after we checked in.
Requested for a change of room and the staff immediately assisted without questioning. We had a Twin View Room.
Kai received us at the entrance and made us felt welcomed and ensured checking in went smoothly. Again, he was there when we were checking out and assisted...
From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the level of hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and well-attended to throughout my visit.
My room was impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and featured excellent amenities that made relaxing after a day of exploring very easy.
The service across the hotel is truly excellent, but the concierge team deserves a special mention for their...
We stayed at Conrad hotel Marina Bay in Singapore last week the 4 nights we stayed were fantastic.
The hotel is located perfectly for discovering Singapore city, the MRT was a 2 min walk which made getting around simple.
The staff were amazing, extremely polite and welcoming, always friendly.
The hotel itself is luxury, the room sizes are extremely generous and elegant.
The pool area was great, immaculately...
We held our wedding reception at The Pavilion at Conrad, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day!
We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Christopher, Dave, and the entire team for making our wedding such a smooth and memorable one.
We felt incredibly lucky and blessed to have Christopher as our Wedding Manager. His passion for the industry truly shines through in his...
Checked my family in to the executive floor. Such lovely experience we had indeed. Would like to convey my special thanks and gratitude to Aiman at the executive lounge so a wonderful service. He took care of my family and I really well during the afternoon tea and evening cocktail service. Would definitely come back again. Thank you once again to the team at Conrad Marina Bay.

Facilities: The room is spacious, and while the amenities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The pool is small.
Service: After checking in, I didn't really notice any particular service from the front desk, but they were polite and helpful when I had questions.
Environment: The location is very convenient! However, there aren't many dining options on the island itself, so I recommend going...
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent – just a two or three-minute walk to the aquarium and Universal Studios. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and most of them spoke Chinese. My child loved it!
The breakfast in the morning was decent, but you have to walk to another area. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a bit of a walk to the Universal Studios entrance, but there are shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very convenient to take a taxi back from the airport. You can also ask the hotel to call a taxi to the city center. The hotel provides slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste,...
The hotel's location is unbeatable! It's super close to the Sentosa Express station, Universal Studios, the S.E.A. Aquarium, the shopping street, and even the Harry Potter experience – perfect for hot weather since you won't be exposed to the sun! The only downsides are that the pool is a bit small, and breakfast is shared with other hotels and is a bit of a walk away.
The location is unbeatable for families, just a short walk (or monorail ride) to Universal Studios Singapore, the beaches, S.E.A. Aquarium, and other attractions. The room was spacious, with an elegant, art-inspired design that feels upscale yet welcoming, the mini bar was fully stocked and free.
Nice hotel but with problems. Our stay was ok but we were kept awake by building work close to hotel which was going on for 24 hours every day, we was not informed of this when we booked, all information should be given when booking. There was a rooftop bar on floor 11 which was permanently closed and no lobby coffee shop. We included breakfast in our booking, our 1st breakfast was less than average...
