the smell in the elevator smells like a dead rat! and the ac is very hot and not cooling. i regret staying in this hotel. do not recommend at all , save ur money and book somewhere else.

Had company dinner at the restaurant and they unethically served fish that is not fresh and tastes muddy. The smell of the cooked fish was already off when served. They should not have even served the fish. It’s very unethical.

Do NOT stay at Hotel Re! in Singapore. The shower in our room had black mold everywhere—an extreme health hazard. It’s clear that it hasn’t been properly cleaned in over a year, given the amount of mold present. When we notified the front desk, they were completely indifferent and offered no help or solution. This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it feels more like a rundown motel experience. It’s probably one of the worst experiences you can have in Singapore, and the conditions here should definitely be inspected by the health department. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place. It’s not worth your time or money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Re. Unfortunately, I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. The room I was assigned to was nothing short of disgusting and extremely dirty.

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed the bedside tables, which were littered with signs of coffee spills from the previous occupants. It was evident that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or properly maintained before my arrival. As a guest, encountering such unsightly neglect was a major turn-off.
