I really liked the hotel. It had everything I needed, and instead of bottled water there was a water filter, which was very convenient. The breakfasts were also good, with a nice variety of food to choose from. I booked a king-size bed room, which was quite spacious. However, I was given a low-floor room, while I noticed that Indian guests, of whom there were many since the hotel is on Indian Street, were given much higher floors. This is my second stay here. The breakfast area on the 7th floor is a real highlight with great views of the famous Interlace building across the road. We love that the location is still in the heart of orchard rd. Its close to all nearby malls like plaza singapura, orchard central, orchard point. The hotel has good staffs, especially auntie Rita who loves to greet us always in the morning for breakfast. There are a lot of good foods and restaurants which is very accessible to and from the hotel.

Big room. Slightly dusty. Though the upkeeping leaves room to be desired. Definitely showing signs of ageing. Found 2 half drank bottles in fridge.
