HORRIBLE! Romms smaller then a pencil tip, shower is 1 centimeter away, beds have stains, mould, insects, dirty all in one. This thing is basically a scam in agoda it shows decent rooms for 1-2 night I had to stay. When I came I immediately changed the hotel when I took a step. Atleast has a YouTube tv, ikea cups, wifi and a kettle but all dirty..the reception isn't 24/7 only 8AM TO 12AM.. Always go for a 10-30 min break.. So never ever come here, no complementary things.

Really worth it for price vs value.
Pros :
- Near MRT, bus stop, and hawker
- A lot delicious food suround it
Cons :
- room in 3rd floor without lift so must go up using stairs

The room is super small and got bad smell. Some insects came out. Toilet and bed is side by side. So dirty 👎

near to mrt station can check in early and have a luggage storage with very clean room though it small but worth the pricr

Cheap for Singapore but very very low end accommodation. Stayed here for one night as we arrived late and moved to a resort the next day but could not stay here more than one night.

One of the most pathetic Hotel in Singapore, small rooms, no bathroom space and very untidy, there is no proper ventilation in room as well as bathrooms, there is “NO LIFTS”, you have to carry your luggage on your head they don’t provide any service, and the most pathetic smell keeps you irritated and makes you nausea all 24/7 as there is a Chinese restaurant on ground floor which kitchen exhaust keep evolving bad smells of their food, it’s better you sleep on footpaths of Singapore rather staying in this Hotel. Very bad experience.

Very bad hotel, bad from check in, room not clean, bad smell. No elevator. I have to bring my 25kg suitcase to 3th floor. Hotel still in reconstruction but owner not mention while booking. Don’t stay here or you have a bad dream.

The hotel is a converted private house. The room layout is a bit strange. It is located at a corner and the decoration is slightly worse than other hotels of the same price. Because it is on the street, it may be noisy. But the location is very good, just outside the subway station. There is a late-night snack shop downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, and other things are not demanding.

This is the second time I booked this hotel, and this room is better than the last one, because it is bigger, has cooler air conditioning, is cleaner, and has TV programs. But I didn't get water and coffee bags. Other things are satisfactory.

Didn't read previous guide posting. Ok disappointed. No more tapas bar. New management. The staff said after new year will do renovation. Well..will see how next year

The (downstairs) restaurant is closed / being renovated.... However, the upstairs rooftop bar (using the menu from downstairs) is open.
Not worth it, it was empty on a Saturday night. We only had drinks (and the accompanying free tapas which really weren't that great).
Will have to return when the restaurant/bar downstairs reopens.

Was on the lookout for paella and found Zsofi - does a pretty decent plate of paella. The rooftop dining/bar area is also a great place to hang out in the cool of evening.
