Many Pointers to share
1. Access main door not secure even though Passwords were given but any dig Tom & harry also can comes in
2. Too noisy , needs at least a Host Rep to be there after silence Hour
3. Cleanliness was a nitemare . Needs to at least educate the stayer to maintain cleanliness after food .

AVOID AT ALL COST ‼️

For all stays, this is easily rank F.
Male toilet is in a very bad state, which I presume for a long time, without reparation.
The smell of the toilet leaked to the reception.
Everything is crammed. The rooms are untidy, perhaps due to a lot of long-term tenants
Locks are for decorations. Not feeling safe while staying.
Customer service is basically nonexistent.
Reception doesn't open until 10 AM, so you have only 1 hour window to check out before being penalised; it closed at 6 PM, despite claiming at 10.

I booked 7 nights, but checked out after 3. This is totally unacceptable.

EDIT: Skip all the 5 ⭐ fake reviews. It's not what a majority of us are experiencing.

Very bad hotel. Especially there were 2 receptionists. 1 of them had very bad behavior. So I didn't talk to him anymore. Just book the hotel and dont get any service from them. And if you are a foreigner, don't go to Little India. It is a very bad area and smells everywhere. And a very messy area. But the people in Little India are nice. But not for foreigners. If you need the best hotel with fun, then look for Chinatown, Bugis and other places. But I got the best service from trip.com. They give me very little compentation. if i write about these never finished my word. Too many insect also i saw here. 🙂

Didn't read previous guide posting. Ok disappointed. No more tapas bar. New management. The staff said after new year will do renovation. Well..will see how next year

The (downstairs) restaurant is closed / being renovated.... However, the upstairs rooftop bar (using the menu from downstairs) is open.
Not worth it, it was empty on a Saturday night. We only had drinks (and the accompanying free tapas which really weren't that great).
Will have to return when the restaurant/bar downstairs reopens.

Was on the lookout for paella and found Zsofi - does a pretty decent plate of paella. The rooftop dining/bar area is also a great place to hang out in the cool of evening.

Very relaxing rooftop bar. Friendly staff, good cocktail selection
