Great Operation management team, very attentive to customer needs.

Great location attached to a shopping mall and MRT making it easy to get around the city. The pool amenities were amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay at a great and convinient location with several facilities we did not know we need it! Great plan and furniture, as well linen and accessories. Perfect internet available and several amenities that helps to live outside your home feeling at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Great World Residence service apartments while in Singapore. The unit was very spacious with a full kitchen, washer-dry, and ironing room. Andy Lim was very helpful in making the arrangements and in adding 2 more nights to our stay.

This is a great hotel close to stores and transportation. Great location for families. The staff is amazing.

Excellent service apartments, with very friendly staff. They maintained a high standard of cleanliness over the 2 months we stayed with them. The apartments are very well laid out and very stay friendly. The support staff is exceptional and always happy to help.

The hotel's public transportation is very convenient. Bus 36 goes directly to the airport, bus 12 goes directly to People's Park Complex and Chinatown, and bus 10 goes directly to VivoCity. It's also a 10-minute walk to East Coast Beach. Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Loved their free luggage storage for unlimited hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near Katong V, with shopping malls and eateries. It's only a 20-minute Grab ride to Cloud Forest. A comfortable and good stay.

Very happy with our stay. The staff were really helpful and kind. Appreciate the storage of suitcases. The location is handy to everything. Will stay again in the future.

Good location and book this last minute. Location was great with food options near by. Room is neat and clean. Good option

No water, no slippers. The facilities and service were average, but the room size was decent.

Everything about this hotel, from the hardware to the software, was flawless. I had read some reviews mentioning issues, but for my room type, I didn't encounter any problems! The surrounding facilities and environment felt very authentic and local.

Staff was friendly, 3 mins' walk from Rochor MRT station, the hotel is a bit old, toilets can be cleaner

The front desk called me 7:30 am and I was still sleeping . I would have appreciated if she called later instead. Did not even apologized. Location is good. And it’s clean. Though it looks much bigger and better in photos. Gym is small but good enough and it’s 24/7

The location for this hotel is amazing. Little India is literally behind the hotel and the shops and markets are everywhere regardless to which way you exit the hotel. The MRT (train station) is a 2 minute walk and main hot spots are only a few stops away. Breakfast has Indian options which was really nice and the staff are very friendly, including housekeeping.

The room size is consider big in Singapore. Has everything you need like microwave, washing machine etc Nice view , a little bit of walking to MRT station and right opposite Haji Lane Breakfast area is very small and selection is limited. But overall OK consider this is a serviced apartment.

The team at Pan Pacific were great at organizing a cute stay for my wife’s birthday with cute cards and cakes. We stay at this property atleast 5 times a year since the last 3 years and we hope to continue to.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few inconveniences. I felt a bit frustrated as I was not informed in advance that a passport was required for check-in, which caused me to go back home to retrieve it. After checking in, the room access provided was not updated, so I had to go back down again to have it corrected. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a bidet, which would have been more...

We stayed at Village Residence Hougang for 2 months while our house was under renovation and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were super helpful and facilities were good. The staff are always super prompt and polite when we had requests. Location was great as the mall with many shops, Watson, FairPrice, food court, eateries were just downstairs. There's also a nice sports park nearby...

Excellent location - plenty of food shops nearby but also quiet. A very relaxing atmosphere, especially by the amazing swimming pool. Rooms are very comfortable and Christa did a wonderful job of maintaining a very high standard of housekeeping. We will be back.
