Tried the set lunch today and the food is great for a very affordable price. The place is cosy and bright with warm smiles plus welcoming service from staff from the reception to the restaurant staff. I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The room is large enough for the price. Enough functions in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is awful. No microwave in anywhere. There is a water server. Good place for long stay, but wifi.

I want to commend Vanessa, she served us at the reception during our stay there! She was really kind, attentive and she really took good care of us! The location, is quite secluded, it’s a really quiet, no shops except a fair price. Which has all the essentials so that’s fine. There aren’t my cashless options, so good to have cash with you when you stay there. Some rooms have smart tv, some don’t.

Orchid Country Club feels a bit old, and the front desk staff could improve their service as they rarely smile. The swimming pool also looks outdated. The only things I enjoyed were the NTUC supermarket, bowling, and the fast food options.

Charming hotel in a great location. The room was small, but I understand this is quite normal in Singapore. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable due to its size, and the hot water was a bit tricky — sometimes it ran out after just a couple of minutes. The pool area was poorly designed and unkempt. The balcony hadn't been cleaned in ages and wasn't really a balcony at all, as it was set back underneath the pool. This 'balcony' was also furnished only with the cheapest plastic folding chairs. There was a lot of traffic noise. The positive aspect of this hotel was its location, close to an MRT station.

The location is good, right opposite of the Bencoolen MRT station. The hotel room is a bit old with a need of a renovation. The room is not kept clean well. I found some kind of a fruit pit on the ground.

Really liked this hotel. The location is super convenient, right near the Raffles City MRT station, so it's easily walkable. Plus, it's close to Chinatown, which makes finding food incredibly easy. The staff were also very friendly.

There was an event during my stay, and my room was unfortunately very close to the venue. It was incredibly noisy from early morning until late at night, making for a truly disappointing experience. The constant noise severely disrupted my sleep and negatively impacted my overall stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; using Exit D from the subway station makes it much easier to reach. The decor is full of character, and the room includes complimentary drinks and snacks. The pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly both nights. However, the toiletries are quite basic for women, so it's advisable to bring your own.

For this price point, you really can't find anything this good in the city center, so it's quite a good deal. The bed is very comfortable, and importantly, it's a 1.8m king-size bed, which is hard to come by in Singapore. It's a 15-minute walk to the MRT station, but there are bus stops nearby. There are some great local eateries next door, and plenty of seafood restaurants too.

A big disappointment as I didn’t sleep well due to itchy causes of bed bug bites on my pillow and causes me a suffer night. The location was extremely the best ever as it is close to all activity and shopping center, also it is close to Ion MRT which connect you to all Singapore. I did not try the breakfast but I knew it is served to the room which makes it a super services for who comes for leisure.

Relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights. My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average. I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

Too bad the weather not so good to us for the 1st day of C'nese New Year, b'cos my mum having Walking difficulty for the big coaches bus, the coach bus not handicapped friendly we have to carry my mum on the coach bus & departed the bus we have to carry her down. The hotel is nice. It's a great place to stay in Singapore, and it even has a washing machine with a dryer, which is great! There's a small door on the second basement floor (you need a room card to enter). Then, walk through the hotel lobby opposite and you'll be directly at the bus stop on Scotts Road.

It's a great hotel for family trips. The facilities are clean and the space is spacious enough, so we had a comfortable stay. It's convenient to cook, so it was easy to feed the kids.

This hotel is located on Sentosa Island, making it the absolute top choice for families with kids. It's super close to Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium, the Luge, Palawan Beach, and more. The hotel environment is top-notch, and the room we stayed in had a fantastic sea view! The service and cleanliness are absolutely first-rate, and they have a pool and shuttle service too.

I saw some really bad reviews beforehand, so I was a bit worried. But it actually turned out pretty good when I got there! Much better than I expected, and the room was clean. It's a pretty standard hotel, quite old, and the facilities are a bit dated. However, its excellent location makes up for it; it's convenient for getting anywhere and very close to the subway, which is a big plus.
