Had an excellent night's stay here, very clean, rooms are what you would expect, would recommend for an over night sta.

The cleanliness is almost non-existent, especially in the toilets and bathrooms, and you don't get anything in return, not even a still water. I definitely won't be back. My double room was changed to a smaller one because I found the toilet dirty and in the second room the shower looked like it was from World War I.Too bad I can't attach photos......

Staying here for 2 nights, with check in we were given an annex room not in the main building that looked like it had been given a coat of paint and nothing else. I thought it seemed clean to start, but opening the fridge and there was very rotten bananas and someone elses food! The smell was vile. Breakfast was inedible, the eggs were like plastic and they didn't even have a toaster, all the staff seemed to be out having a smoke break. We had a coffee and a yogurt on day one and didn't even bother day on day two. They didn't bother cleaning the room either the next day. One off the reasons i pick this place as it seemed to have good parking but we were not allowed into the courtyard. We had to park on the street. This was fine until we were leaving and while in the car one of the staff let a tour bus pull out and scrape our hire car. He was rude and didn't seem to care. This place might look like good value but we stay in other places in Romania that were far better and similar prices.

Perfect accommodation and very close to old town in Brasov. Very friendly staff and professional, doing their best to adapt to guests needs. Good breakfast and free coffee +tea all day for guests. Will come back for sure with my friends and warmly recommend it.

Hotel located about 10 minutes from the center; the cleanliness is average (the room is not made up for the entire stay), the staff is partly welcoming (only the girl in the afternoon/evening was very kind), the room is ok (except for the too much light in the morning for those who need darkness to sleep). We do not recommend breakfast as the buffet is distributed in a very small place and very long queues often form. The food is of poor quality and at 9 it is almost finished. I am sure you can find better

Judging by the pictures, everything should be fine!.. But.... It's +35 outside. The room has an air conditioner that shows +18. In fact, it shows +25 with incredible noise. In the evening and at night, after excursions and the heat outside, there is no escape! Only a cold shower. But the plumbing has a life of its own. In short, myth No. 1 - the air conditioner does not work. Stairs... steep and high steps. No elevator. Myth No. 2 - cleanliness... I lived for 4 days/nights. Not once did they clean or change the towels. Let me remind you - the heat is incredible. Shower 4-5 times a day. Location - bearable. Breakfast is normal. Summary: run from this ...... hotel.

For those with difficulty with stairs or other disabilities this hotel is not for you. There is no elevator. The hotel is older and a bit dated. Many on our travel group had canes and suitcases and had difficulty here. Many of the room are very small and extremely small showers and bathrooms. Some in our group had no hot water. It is a nice walk to town square and the sites.
