Perfect location, very large beautiful room.
The only uncomfortable thing is that there is not a proper shelf to put your stuff in the bathroom. We found a place to put stuff over the toilet but it's not a suitable place, if something falls....

In walking distance from the marvellous city centre of Brasov. Closed off parking on the premises of the hotel. Very friendly reception. Rooms are large to immense with many amenities you don’t expect in a three star. All very clean and new. The twin beds are a bit small for a normally built man. The breakfast was fine with plenty of choices.

I liked the location very close to the old town centre. I liked the service provided by the staff. We left the luggage at the hotel for about three hours after checking out, and the staff was very helpful with that. The property is in very good condition.
One improvement area would be better lighting in the bathroom, specifically above the mirror. Shaving with little light is not one of my favourites.

We stayed one night in this hotel on our way deeper into Transylvania. Very welcoming service. The room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center but without the noises. We slept very well. There is a small paid parking near the hotel.

I booked a double room for one person. At the check in I was told by a man that I have to pay 3 lei at checkout, a tourist tax, however, at the checkout I was told by a woman that I have to pay for 2 people because I rented a double room. She was rude, careless and had that stupid attitude saying that she will have a word with her colleagues because it is unacceptable to pay for one person. The hotel is nice, but my 2 stars is for unprofessional staff and very bad WiFi

Views & Parking - Perfect Stay
The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the old town and right next to a bus station at Livada Poștei, which is convenient when you need to quickly get to places like the train station. It's clean and fresh. We stayed on the third floor and had a view of Mount Tâmpa (the Brasov sign). One review mentioned not wanting the housekeeping staff to touch their belongings, but we have no issue with that. We try to tidy up our things before leaving for the day, but if they rearrange them, we're only happy and pleased. :) Thank you for a great stay; we love Brașov and will be back with our car since we noticed you have convenient parking.

As a male customer you must know the following; most of the women's there, work there and if you have lots of money you might get to dance with them (don't expect to have any ineligible conversations )
Never argue with women there cause you have the chance to be thrown out by unprofessional and uneducated and lack of conversation interacting skilled gorillas.

Beware at how they prepare your drinks.

Sometimes if you leave your drink unattended someone can take it, some pay attention at your mobile phones or your coat whereby

Always as the price of anything BEFORE you purchase!

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN you are allowed to do almost anything you want

But beware abusive behaviour!
