The rooms have a modern design, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice but space was small. There is gated parking in the back of the hotel but the process to enter and exit could be better when there’s no one at the front desk. Overall, a good place to stay.

I got a room in this hotel that was facing towards main street. The hotel does not have air conditioning and there is a terrible noise from the road if you want to keep your window open. There was also a lot of noise from the corridor, so the room noise isolation is a myth. This hotel does not have a breakfast option. The reception is open only within limited schedule. I really do not understand why it has 3 stars… I had a booking made for 2 nights, but after first night I moved to the other hotel as I could not sleep in here. Rooms are rather clean, unless you open some drawers that had a lot of dust. The water did not drain in the shower cabin. Do not recommend.

I would never recommend HB Brilliant!

Despite the fact that the rooms are quite okay, it is one of the worst hospitality service I have ever met with. The staff is poor, they lack any kind of interest in helping out the guest. They make your stay unpleasant.

1. For example, we planned to arrive at the hotel a little bit after 10 PM, and they said that in this case they are not willing to help us out, because the reception is closed at the time. We tried to ask for a solution or something, but they didn’t help us at all (total indifference).

2. We asked for vegetarian breakfast: what we received, was a normal breakfast without meat, not a single food item in addition.

3. Nevertheless, the coffee we received in the morning was in a paper cup, thus it had all oozed our until we received it.

Despite all this, the biggest problem was that the staff was extremely poor and totally indifferent!

+1. There is just one single extra plug in the room in order to charge your phone. If you have multiple devices, you need to remove the fridge or the TV.

The hotel management is lackluster to say the least. On top of that, I'd say that the hotel lacks features most 3 star hotels or even 2 star hotels offer. Also it is pretty hard to get a good night's sleep. With those doors you can hear pretty much anything from the hallway. By the way, the fire alarm doesn't work so take care!
