一定要摳問題的話，酒店Wi-Fi限速衹有4Mbps,也就是下載東西不會超過500KB/S。用的很難受。而且，中國的號碼是收不到驗證碼，意味着登錄不了WiFi，衹開漫遊而沒買俄羅斯電話卡的是用不了的。
前台的英文還可以，算是能溝通。
環境是不錯的，關上窗户也夠安靜。但是空調很吵。周邊就是一個公園，晚上跑步，晚飯後回來散步都是個不錯的選擇。
早餐一般般，可選項很少。但是毛子的性格，就是能吃就行，也沒有多大講究。
離地鐵走路十來分鐘，也算可以。離紅場4個地鐵站。

It was chilly in February.
It's not far from the convention center. There is a big shopping mall around it, so it's very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is large and has an induction cooker and dishwasher.
I think this hotel is pretty good. Some hotels I booked before were very shabby and dirty. Overall, this hotel is very clean and ok. I will stay here again next time. The breakfast is also good.
The location is in the city center, a good choice for attending exhibitions.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Ruby Exhibition Hall, with a bank downstairs, and supermarkets and subway stations nearby. The apartment is equipped with microwave ovens, refrigerators, washing machines and other appliances, making it suitable for business trips.

The former Marriott Hotel is located on the main road, next to the US Embassy, about 3 kilometers from Red Square. There is a subway station nearby, but you need to walk a little. The cruise ship terminal on the Moscow River is also nearby.

The room is clean and sanitary, with a bathtub, and is cleaned regularly every day. The food is also good, but it is not suitable for Chinese people's appetite, and it is a bit sweet. The location is convenient, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The facilities are old and the price of nearly one thousand per night is still a bit unworthy. There is a person walking back and forth at the door of the room every morning. I don't know what he does.
The hotel I stayed in Moscow exceeded my expectations. The overall experience was good. The room was large, clean and tidy. The facilities were relatively new. The view was not good. Very bad treatment from the hotel manager calling us at 1 am to come and pay the room charges, even though we have paid all rooms charges on the second day. We have informed them that we have paid in cash for all rooms , but still did not believe us and bring two security men to our room at 1 am to pay 18000 R because the reception made a mistake and asked us to pay for one day less for one room, but...

1. My room was in the 10th floor which doesn’t have good view., the window was high which didn’t permit me to view outside. 2. The bed and bed mattress were very old and bad. 3. No concierge which is very bad. 4. The refrigerator in the room was not working and not fixed neither replaced.

I used junior suite, wonderful view with arbat street. clean and very new room condition. reception desk guy was extremely kind. very close from arbat street, 10mins from city center(with taxi)
During check in there was a polite girl who did a birthday for my daughter she was amazing and respectful. She also checked us in earlier than check in time. I wish i can remember her name but i will mention the checked in date July 31st 2025 at morning time.
Liked the hotel, its location, rooms were clean, space 25m, air condition and bed all the above made my stay pleasant and relaxing.

Nice hotel and service but not comfortable rooms
Stayed at the hotel 2 times. There are rooms with gorgeous views. In the rooms, a lot is done in the old style but with taste, it gives its own certain charm. At the top there is an excellent restaurant with a 360-degree view from the 23rd floor. The water drainage in the bathroom was bad as it pooled on the floor.However, some of the reception staff are not friendly as when I asked for bottle of water they asked me to go and buy it from the bar even though they have’t bring water to the room!!! Not recommended.
The bathroom was a nightmare! Especially the bath. The hose isn’t convenient. I think this hotel should be 3 stars not 5! 5 stars is an overkill for this hotel. Staying at Holiday Inn would’ve been a much wiser option than this old hotel. Not recommended at all.

After hanging up the Do not disturb sign, the waiter still knocked on the door to deliver dessert.The room cleaner seemed to be able to open our door at will.We think this link is very good, but just replace it with a small bag and hang it at the door.The sudden interruption made us feel that we had lost our private space.

The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.

The hotel's location is close to shops and restaurants, but not close to Red Square. The hotel is very quiet, and there is an Arab person named Amin who is very helpful and helps us as much as possible. There is also a currency exchange office inside the hotel.

More or less central and easily reachable. Near to a lot of sights. There are cafes and supermarkets, a metro nearby. I only tried lobby tea offering, and that was nice - lovely presentation, tasty cakes (a little pricey for their size though). The staff was polite, though at checkout I had to wait, when the other customer was serviced for 7-10 minutes. I wonder why the second staff member wasn't there...

200 meters far from Mayakovskaya metro station. Could be more fruits, even local seasonable. Different kinds of fish in the morning is an advantage.
