- The standard room is very small. I received the room clean but I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights after the 5th day the cleaning was not as expected and we did complain about it, yet they didn’t solve the issue. Rest is ok

- Everything is great, but unfortunately the coffee at the bar downstairs is terrible. They should change their coffee beans and learn to make the Moscow standard coffee if they position themselves as a 5-star hotel.
Also I got a room for my sister and prepaid it on a credit card in advance and when my sister was checking in, they told her, that we didn’t pay and charged AGAIN my husband’s card.
Then I told my husband to go and tell them that I already paid, so they said they will refund us, but could even give me refund confirmation.
Very unorganized!!! Very disappointed! Because I love Hilton, but this one doesn’t run the way it should be running….. here I’m 1.30 am sweating like a pig while writing this review !!!!!
