+ Before I even talk about the hotel itself, I just wanna thank the management for choosing such friendly and polite staff. They honestly helped us as much as they could — I didn’t catch their names, but one was blonde and the other had black hair 😂. Super helpful! The hotel service was great, the room was always clean and everything used got replaced right away. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Red Square, so the location is perfect. The area is quiet and super safe. I’d definitely stay here again next time- -

- The room was so small and its not a 5 star hotel from my point of view Was a miserable night in which I didn’t sleep at all because the mattress was small as well and the pillows are not comfortable For me the reception lady was great and trying to do her best to solve any issue (Yulia thanks)
