I have been staying at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I have never been dissatisfied. The service is probably the best in Sochi, the food in the hotel restaurants and at breakfast is simply gorgeous. The rooms are all 5+, the pools are clean, the spa complex has all possible procedures, the specialists do their job at the highest level. Its own private beach is 100 meters from the hotel....

Excellent hotel! Large territory, 2 swimming pools, spa center with 5 types of steam rooms. I liked the hamam the most! The breakfast is varied - from porridge to fried eggs to order with vegetables and ham. There is all the necessary equipment for holding seminars. It is an amazing experience. The hotel built to stand alone as an icon of all what Russian hotels should represent. Loved the multiple food venues and the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is not as much as English speakers friendly but you will survive. You should try villa cafe, amazing food in great small place.

The spa-area is nice but relatively small, and for the price you pay to go there as someone who doesn't live in the hotel, not fancy enough. The staff is not that kind, but ok. Would recommend the Thai-massage tho!

Very good SPA complex, there are outdoor and indoor pools, private beach, though you need to walk about 200 meters to get to it, and it is available to other people for a fee, but this is common practice in Sochi. Cool hotel. My husband and I were here for our wedding anniversary. The impressions were good and there were no complaints about the service of the staff. This hotel is perfect for families. The pools are large, warm, and great slides for kids and adults. We rested last year and the sea was cold, we didn’t swim for a long time, but we had a great time in the pools. The cuisine here is great. The variety is simply top notch. Beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings, have been there in June and now in December, definitely will come back again.
