This is a beautiful old Hotel from the Soviet era. You can tell that this was such a grand old place - it is the absolute best that Sevastopol can give- huge beautiful staircase with red carpet, big and spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, the usual twin beds pulled together with top sheet missing and single doonas!!! Don't worry the same as this all through Europe and Russia!!! Amazing breakfast one...
Some services were not available, for example, finnish sauna and russian bath
