Very comfortable, like home. The hosts are very friendly people. We had two rooms. I especially liked the fact that the room has its own kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. In general, everything a hostess needs.
Very nice guest house, clean, tidy, super owners. The owner has a great idea - there is a mini-museum with real exhibits. Also enjoy the convenient location. I will say this: choose this option - you will like it.

Been here several times. The last time was around July 7, 2019. At 8:30 I ordered breakfast for the whole family. We traveled all over Crimea and not only by car, so there is something to compare with. The food here is one of the best: the portions are large and tasty.
Very cozy place, you can see it from the street, there are cats on the territory. The room is spacious and has air conditioning and a heated towel rail. Of the minuses: our room (5) was high, hard to climb, steep steps. The nearest beach is concrete and with slippery stones.
I read a lot of reviews. With all the negative do not agree))) we all loved it: the service and especially the food! Separately want to say about the sauna (we just yet just looking around): small, celoxica 4. Cdta and cozy.
Pros: - good working wi-fi; - Breakfast; - nearby public transport stops; - spacious bathroom; - number of towels. Cons: - excellent audibility in the room located on the ground floor; - uncomfortable location (near market, stalls, off in the neighborhood); - uncomfortable bed; - a long clearance upon arrival.
