The rooms are decent. The staff is friendly. I personally did not like that the room had no remote for the air conditioning, kettle for boiling water NPA the bottom was rusted to the store to go close. But for the price that you charge per night pretty well.

The hotel has just one large two-room Suite. The rest of the rooms are very small one, in which three not turn. The hotel is very delicious food for lunch delicious soups.

Wonderful place, vacationing with his family in the summer of 2016! All great, all of it! Friendly and courteous staff! Transfer from the airport. The kitchen is wonderful! The sea is a 5-10 minute walk! Loved it! Be sure to be back here!

Good place to stay! Sincere hosts, a pleasant place with a beautiful territory (there are several gazebos and a barbecue). Beautiful view of Sevastopol and the bay. I really liked that it was quiet and you can sleep peacefully without noise. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and free wifi.

07/29/2018 We are now resting in the guest house "Green Yard" with my son in a standard room, everything is clean and comfortable, the sea is nearby, shops, a market, a bus stop.
