Quiet calm place. People who are accustomed to an active lifestyle will be bored here. There is practically no entertainment in the evening. The beach is good, there are not many people. The only thing that disappointed was the dining room in the complex. The staff are not very friendly, the food is average and the price tag is very decent. Fortunately, we found a good cafe outside the complex.
Quiet location, close to the forest and the sea. Very friendly staff. For little money, quite comfortable rooms, stylish furniture and a modern interior. There are all the necessary utensils and utensils for cooking. If you wish, you can eat on the spot, tasty and inexpensive. This is a great option for rest, relaxation alone or with your loved one.

Excellent guest house, vacationed with family in August 2021. The rooms are bright and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Good breakfasts. To the sea 5 minutes. Close to bus stop and shops. Very convenient location. I liked everything. I advise!!!!!
Service is good, breakfast included, laundry 200r. Air conditioning 06/27/2021 2800 rubles per day. The sandy shore is good, but the river comes out nearby and the water is muddy, do not be too lazy to go around the bridge for 15 minutes and you will be happy. All good.

Stayed many times over the weekend with friends, great guest house! The hotel is new, clean bright rooms, everything you need, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Watching the sunset with champagne from the top platform of the hotel is a special thrill, and the sea is just a couple of minutes walk away! We will be happy to come again!
