Lived on the second floor and fully enjoyed the rest. I liked the attentive attitude of the staff at the check-in and the absolutely inconspicuous maids. It seems that they were never even in the room

The main building is old, like demolition and the only negative that is questionable and terrible unfinished building from the window blocked the view of the seafront of Yalta
Excellent hotel for families. Nice place, private beach. Apartments and rooms, three buildings. Very calm and quiet environment. Hamam, sauna, 2 heated outdoor pools.
People's cultural rest, cattle "Tagil" no. The service is decent. Recommend for stay with family. A Children's animation.

Nice boarding house, beautiful area, clean, white comfortable bed. The location is far from the embankment, but every 20 minutes there is a minibus to the center (stop at the veterinary clinic)
Otherwise, there were pleasant impressions from visiting Yalta and living in this place!
Easily within walking distance of the enbankment/center of the city (10-15min). Also, not terribly located for travel by microbus to most of the tourist sites. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful

Clean, quiet, comfortable. To the embankment on foot 10-15 minutes. In the dining room, set lunches / breakfasts / dinners, delicious and satisfying. There is table tennis to while away the evening.
Spacious rooms with balcony, toilet and shower in the room with refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. The price was adequate in June. There is water on the floor, there is an iron in the hallway
Of the minuses, the taxi did not want to go here. Bed linen was not put in the second set when booking it was stated the number of guests there were no bulbs in the bar near the bed
Bottom line: if you are not bothered by a fierce uphill climb, a dirty room during your vacation, lack of internet, high-quality food, but you want a beautiful view from a really good balcony (windows to the floor, a large balcony, a gorgeous view in the rooms on the left hand from the 3rd floor ) then of course wellcome
