The room has a TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. On the floor there is an ironing room, cooler. Towels were changed as needed. In the hotel building there are restaurants, a cinema, Prizma, Riv Gosh and other shops. The metro station "Alexander Nevsky Square" is also located in the same building, which is a huge plus. The hotel is located at the very end of Nevsky Prospect, you can walk to Kazansky, Gostiny Dvor and Palace Square. Gorgeous view from the room window.

A huge hotel. Its own parking in front of the hotel, and underground. The room is comfortable, the beds are comfortable. The room has everything, even a telephone in the toilet room. Every day they change an open piece of soap, and other hygiene items, change the water. For breakfast, a very decent buffet. The only downside for us is the mega size of the hotel, because of which each time you have to overcome from the elevator to the room about 500 meters (it feels like all 1500 meters).

We lived in a hotel from May 3 to May 8, 2021. Everything would have been great if the children of Delphi from Yekaterinburg, disco dancers, had not settled next to us. And hell began, such lack of culture, and there was no peace day and night. , running along the corridor, apparently they don’t know how to walk. Dance runs took place right in the lobby near the elevators. They behaved as if no one lived there except them. from people. We came to rest, but there was no rest. We had to endure their stay, people think not only about themselves, you are not alone in the hotel. I also asked other residents, everyone was dissatisfied. And so the breakfasts are wonderful, the staff is good. The location is excellent.

We liked the hotel. Excellent location. Nearby there are a lot of cafes for every taste and budget. There is a shopping center in case something is forgotten at home and for shoppers. Cleaning is frequent, towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed every three days. Everyone is polite and attentive.

Good hotel with reasonable price. Great view from the window and excellent transport accessibility. Buffet breakfasts are a great start to the day, the choice is large, the food is delicious, so it lasts until dinner.

When reality exceeds expectations. The hotel is chic, the breakfasts are excellent, the Wi-Fi is uninterrupted, the staff is polite. We had a comfort room. The room looked better than in booking.com. Large, spacious, comfortable and very clean. And the view .... we just stuck in the window, which was the whole room with a huge window sill. Oh yes, even before the uprising square on foot only 20 minutes. In general, this is the best hotel that I have visited in the last 5 years. Now, if in St. Petersburg, then we will only stay here.

Excellent hotel. Comfort category room: robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, dental kit, hygiene kit, sewing kit, safe. The room is clean, almost new. Everything is very good. Cleaning is excellent. Breakfasts are a separate song: for every taste, weight and age. Everything is in abundance, there are enough free places at any time, everything is always quickly updated (dishes). Everything is delicious. Many thanks to the chef

The hotel is not maintained properly. The weather was pretty hot and the AC was not working. Not recommended at all. V bad experience

checked in on 30 june 2021, standard room was not 4 star room. it is 2 star. may be cause it is old soviot time hotel. also A.C was problem. so they said if you want better room and A.C. you need to upgrade, we agreed and paid. they also charged more than mentioned on booking.com for upgrade. they checked in suite 8041. A.C was not working there so we called for check. they said 5 min. after an hour called again again said 5 min. so then i went to reception. after three days and multiple request. eng. department came check and said 5 min and never came back. did not understand there response at all. worse than anywhere in whole word. i completely did not understand staff behavior. solution is one part why they are not responding properly.
