The rooms are standard - not very big, the food is also not bad. A good swimming pool, all year round - sea water, even in winter, comfortable temperature +28, there is a sauna (included in the price of visiting the pool), there is a Russian steam room and hamam (you have to pay extra for them), there are classes for teaching children and adults to swim, a nice place to sunbathe, swim, have a snack, hang out. The children's trainer Svetlana is a very professional and very nice girl. It's a pity that this season they raised the prices, in the spring you could go to the pool until 10-00 and after 19-00 with a discount. This is the only minus, everything else is great!!!

The hotel is nice so is the room service and cleaning team. However, the wifi quality is poor everywhere you go thus using the wifi was not possible. During our stay, the AC broke down and we were forced to live in the heat. When we asked when the AC will be fixed we got a rude reply saying that they do not know. We asked for a fan or something since it was very hot in our room and the hotel did no have fans. We then asked for a discount on our stay since the AC did not work and we got a dirty look as if we are not normal for thinking a discount is appropriate in this situation. The gym is nice however charges you 1000 rub if you enter it after 1 pm (even if you are staying at the hotel). There is also a huge issue with the elevators since they are tiny and going up with the suitcases was not comfortable. The wait for the elevators can we be very long sometimes.

The overall rating is 8 out of 10, for people who know what they need - everything is here, for majors this hotel is suitable .... Everything is simple, clear and accessible.

Rested for 7 days. In November. The pool is warm and clean. The water is kind of like sea)) The rooms are clean, the towels for the feet were changed every day, the garbage was cleaned every evening, vacuumed. Breakfast and dinner were included. The food is delicious, at the level of local cafes and restaurants. Well-groomed territory. There is no negative!

I think this hotel is the best place to stay! These are the best bird's eye views! This is the best location on the coast! Warm pools with sea water! Large landscaped green area. Private beach with bars and restaurants! After visiting this hotel after Turkey, I realized that I no longer want to go to Turkey. Fly somewhere! Hustle at the Antalya airport like a herring in a barrel! Here we are in paradise, and most importantly at home!

Zhemchuzhina is the pearl of the Black Sea coast. Great, lovely, nice and homey place. I must say we came here despite a considerable number of dubious and not very positive reviews. We didn't regret a bit and we were happy with everything! The hotel has an excellent location. Everything is within reach. 20 minutes to the seaport and the same to the Arboretum. Embankment right next to the hotel. Warm sea, private beach isolated from the promenade area. Swimming pool with warm sea water. We took food at the hotel, quite a good buffet, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, various snacks. The rooms are well kept and clean. Towels are changed regularly, there are bathrobes, mattresses are new and good, everything is in order with bed linen. The hotel staff is smiling and always happy to help. Especially the administrator Valentina. Food delivery to the room is fast. We also checked in quickly, although we came specially at 15.00, there was no one in the queue. Asked for a room overlooking the pool, no problem. The people at the elevators do not crowd much, you don’t have to wait for a long time. In general, everyone is satisfied. We enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony on the 14th floor. Radiant sun and beautiful sea. Thanks to nature and hotel staff.

The rooms in the hotel are small, not very comfortable, but there are wonderful balconies and a view from the window. Very friendly staff. Everything at the front desk is fast and efficient. Thank you, Dasha, did everything to make us feel good! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Lovely pool, most importantly, it is clean and with sea water. The biggest plus: its own beach with sun loungers, the sea is clean, excellent well-groomed area. Thanks to everyone who creates beauty, comfort and peace here!
