The location, rooms, and breakfast were good, but the staff was quite slow.

A decent hotel with great views in the middle of Irkutsk...however, the one major issue that we had when we visited was that there was no cold water, only hot. This made taking showers pretty much impossible, and it was a little bizarre having steam rise from the toilet bowl every time you flushed it.

This really is a great place to stay in Irkutsk. Fantastic downtown location and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, shops. Small(ish) but very comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect from a 4 star in this part of the world. Tasty breakfast and a warm welcome with a voucher for a glass of wine.

The room was small, fine for one person, but completely cramped for two. The hand soap in the sink wasn't even fully cleaned. The hotel is in a great location, with tourist attractions nearby. The front desk lady barely spoke English, but her service was excellent. However, the mirrored closet door facing the bed was a bit unbearable. I slept with it open to avoid nightmares.

A nice cozy hotel Irkutsk. Main point to note that there is no elevator and some rooms are very small. So please clarify before booking. And the hotel has a large car parking and it’s free. There is not much of a room service or on call staff. The reception speaks English. And they have fast laundry as well. It’s a two hour drive to baikal lake from there.
