I am writing about a restaurant, not about a hotel. She was not in it. A lot of pathos. Very high prices, as if in Moscow. I ate salad with roast beef. Delicious enough. Clean hostel/hotel and helpful reception staff and who speaks English. Laundry facility available but no dryer. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. We had an en suite room. A decent hotel with great views in the middle of Irkutsk...however, the one major issue that we had when we visited was that there was no cold water, only hot. This made taking showers pretty much impossible, and it was a little bizarre having steam rise from the toilet bowl every time you flushed it.

A brilliant little hotel right off the main drag (Ul. Karla Marksa), with a functional and clean room with a large bathroom and nice firm mattress; tea-making facilities and towels which looked like swans were great touches. The charming front desk staff offer a postcard-sending service too, and they looked after our bags while we were out in town after we'd checked out.
The staffs are super friendly and the location is great (walking distance to the river and the cathedral). There is Gazprombank ATM in 800m, opening 24/7 (the status displayed on Google Maps is wrong), if you need to get cash using cards of Union Pay or Visa, just go directly.

Walking distance to most things in Irkutsk downtown Spacious, comfy enough for the price! Clean as expected! Very friendly staff and helpful. It would be helpful if they could speak some basic English. Some foreigners still come to Russia guys! Any other language can help too, Spanish, French etc...but with my limited Russian, we still managed to make it work :)
The room is very clean and comfortable, has everything that we needed after a week long at Baikal. The location is walking distance to many attractions.

It's very central, walking distance within almost everything. It has what you would expect from a hotel. Very clean. I was able to check in early and rest in the café area before that.

Excellent location. Price-quality ratio. Close to the embankment and "shopping" streets. Breakfast (included) at a local cafe, hearty, delicious. Business lunch 300 rubles. There is free parking. Smoking balconies. They are friends with IQOS. Opposite the hotel there is a great bar - "Spruce and Ribs" (I recommend).
We lived in a suite. On the 6th floor of an office building. Everything is super! Huge room, comfortable beautiful furniture. Purely. Quiet. Panoramic windows. Very convenient to have 2 toilets .... Friendly receptionist. Stylish restaurant on the 1st floor where breakfast is served. Thank!
Nice hotel next to the waterfront. The room is very! warm (even at -40). There are no problems with hot water, but the water does not drain well. Polite staff. Upon check-in, you are given a room key and a magnetic one (for entering the floor and for using the elevator). Schedule time for breakfast. They feed from 08:00. Not a buffet, a choice of dishes from the menu. Allow 10-15 minutes for waiting...

I liked it very much. Stayed just for a day. I arrived late, the administrator had already met me on the porch. This really is a great place to stay in Irkutsk. Fantastic downtown location and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, shops. Small(ish) but very comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect from a 4 star in this part of the world. Tasty breakfast and a warm welcome with a voucher for a glass of wine.

I would like to leave a review for the hotel, especially for the receptionist, Dimitri. His spoken English was excellent, and he was incredibly helpful. I was also grateful that they accepted to keep my luggage for some days at no cost. The hotel has a great location, walking distance to all you need to do and see in Irkutsk.
