+ We liked the room and the service that we received from the front desk and restaurant. They tried to speak English and happy for the effort. Also we did not take the breakfast option as there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel. You can then I have a variety instead of just the hotel breakfast.
- It’s close to the road with a tram on it. So it can get noisy once in a while.

There is a sign, visible from afar, due to the fact that the hotel was opened relatively recently, taxi drivers do not know it and where it is, but the sign helps a lot. At the reception, a polite administrator answered all questions. The reception is on the 1st floor, the hotel itself is on the 7th floor. There are no escorts, I was looking for my number for a long time, asked where I should go in the restaurant, they sent me in the wrong direction. The hotel occupies the entire 7th floor in a square, divided into sectors that you need to go through, opening the doors, and so, we were sent along the longest path 😁😁😁 we walked, walked, walked, finally came. We found another, short way before checking out, when we decided to just walk around the hotel. Let's go the other way, and oops, there is an exit and elevators 😁. Didn't show how to use the hotel key. Of course, I understand that it is possible that guests who know how to use the card come to the hotel, but this was the first time I was in such a hotel. I could not turn on the light, I had to resort to help from passing neighbors 😁. The main disappointment, which is why we chose this particular hotel: the lack of a pool! Although the hotel on the booking claims it has a swimming pool, with a children's area and a spa. Yes, there is a pool, but not in the hotel. The hotel kindly provides you with a "voucher" for visiting the swimming pool located in the "Novy" shopping and entertainment center. 750 rubles is the cost of a single visit to the pool per person, and there are no discounts for children under 7 years old. And most importantly, I stayed at this hotel because of the pool with kids area! Where a child could splash around and give me a rest, but no! Children's area, children's pool is provided only to members of the "x * Fit fitness club", but not to visitors - residents of the hotel. The large swimming pool for adults is good, I liked it very much, but there are training sessions for children, when we visited there were many children who were trained. In general, complete disappointment. I repeat that there is no pool in the hotel, as stated, the pool in the fitness center is nearby.
What we liked: the staff is not annoying, the bar is on the ground floor, the buffet in the restaurant, all the bells and whistles in the bathroom: disposable dental kits, shaving set, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, comb, slippers 2 pcs, one bathrobe, ironing board , an iron, an electric kettle, 2 bottles of water, green tea, black tea, two types of coffee, two glasses, 2 mugs, a safe, a small refrigerator, a chic bed with snow-white sheets, a magnificent view from the panoramic window.
