Great place, great stuff, quick transportation to central city, a big supermarket 5 minutes away.

Great hostel, clean, convinient, has kitchen. Nice place to stay overnight

Excellent hostel with super friendly staff. Walkable distance to the train station. Much cheaper than staying at downtown/touristy area. The staff speak English and will help you to get to the lake Baikal or get public transport in the city. Highly recommended

Thumbs up for Xenia. She was really helpful. We spent 2 night here in order to get some rest and visit the town of Irkutsk and the great lake baikal. Recommended.

Clean hostel/hotel and helpful reception staff and who speaks English. Laundry facility available but no dryer. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. We had an en suite room. Towels and linens were provided, even slippers. Bathroom is generally clean. Just some water scale on the shower and the toilet is quite noisy.

Very nice and warm hostel, the reception is very kind and good at english, they can give you a lot of advice.

Hotel is about 800 m from the train station. Around is several supermarkets where is possible to buy food. The kitchen inside hotel is very good equipped. Very close is also good and cheap Buryat's restaurant. To the city center is possible to go by public transport working very often and regularly.

The hotel is normal, inexpensive, but how much they ask, they give so much. Recently renovated. Good place to stay near the train station. Downstairs there are cafes, a shop. Recommend for the unpretentious traveller. However, I did not see deluxe and standard rooms, I used an economy room. Good rate 50% of the cost for 12 hours.

This gostinitsa or guesthouse is next to the main train station in Irkutsk. It caters to tourists who need a place while traveling. The rooms are clean, but a bit old. It's a good place to flop while waiting for a train or meeting a friend. It is possible to rent a room by the day or for a few hours. If you overstay by 5 minutes, they get rather angry.

I liked everything, took a room for a day. The room has a shower, kettle, TV, fan. Window opens, bed linen. For the price, less than in the rest rooms at the station, 2400 day (for two). Be sure to come back, if need be.

I think it is ideal if you have to wait the night between the trains / train and the plane. Paid for a double room in 1200, so much would cost the waiting room at the station, but there are always no places. The room is modest, but apart from the beds, we didn’t need anything, the bed was clean, towels, a kettle. Toilet and shower on the floor, everything is clean. Sleep well, freshen up and go on...

For the first time in my life I tried to spend the night in a hostel. For some reason I thought that they were dirty and homeless))). But no - everything is clean and beautiful, a bunk bed in a 10 m2 room. It is noticeable that there used to be two beds. The price through booking on Booking is 400 rubles / seat, if you pay on the spot - 800.

Really clean and welcoming hostel, perfect location for the train station. All expected facilities are maintained to a high standard and reasonably priced.

We rested in this hostel with the family. I liked everything very much. All at home. Pleasant atmosphere. Really feel at home! Staff and guests are great and friendly, everything is clean as new, there is a small living room and kitchen for comfort, outlets next to each bed. Not quite as close to the station as we believed, but the staff helped us get around and gave us recommendations.

terrible place, they didn't even have sheets and pillow for my bed, they told me to wait 1 hour but after all the day at night nothing changed, i cannot even sleep because i didn't have a bed! but the worst thing was the guy at the reception, he was drunk and was laughing instead of helping me, he didn't care about me and ignored me completely, then he disappeared. place like that should not exist...

The transportation is convenient, near the train station. After checking out, I can rest in the lobby while waiting for the plane.

Located near the train station and although not central, is well connected by public transport. A nice couple is running it, they're very kind and keen to help. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything is spotless! Plus the beds are really comfy. It exceeds the expectations and has great value. Would definitely recommend!
