The room was cold and the windows were broken. There was so much ice all over the interior walls that it seemed like I was living in a refrigerator. 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I was very angry. I was angry when I ordered a meal at the hotel and waited three hours for it to be delivered. This hotel is not cheap and yet it has such poor facilities. I was very disappointed and will not come back in the future.

The location, rooms, and breakfast were good, but the staff was quite slow.
A decent hotel with great views in the middle of Irkutsk...however, the one major issue that we had when we visited was that there was no cold water, only hot. This made taking showers pretty much impossible, and it was a little bizarre having steam rise from the toilet bowl every time you flushed it.
Very good place for the price. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but linen is fresh and comfortable, and the aircon is working well.
There is always a lot of visitors from China, and therefore quite noisy. Often do not work sockets/fridge/TV in the room. Wi-Fi always in a state of acute coma, have a modem or Internet simkarta. A large hotel complex right in the center. Perfectly located for a city trip. All sights are within walking distance, the train station is about 30 minutes away on foot. There is a supermarket right next door that is even open until 11 p.m. Very helpful hotel staff who also speak a little English. There is a laundry service for your clothes. We stayed here for 3 night during our trip to Irkutsk. It’s centrally located and great to get around. The biggest draw back and why the 4 stars is because the washroom in the room didn’t have an exhaust, which meant every-time it was used, deodorant had to be sprayed.
Such wonderful service! We were taken care off completely, and felt so very welcome. Staff speak English and Russian, whichever you're comfortable with. Breakfast is good, and we had a nice view too! Definitely recommended.

The rooms, as usual for Ibis, are small, but in good condition - nothing falls off, everything works, everything is fine. My room had an excellent Wi-Fi signal. I especially want to note the restaurant - it is very good in this place. You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They cook quite quickly and deliciously. I had nothing to complain about.

A very pleasant hotel. Cozy, albeit small, room. But unlike many others, the room has everything, including a set of threads and needles. And not only. A brilliant little hotel right off the main drag (Ul. Karla Marksa), with a functional and clean room with a large bathroom and nice firm mattress; tea-making facilities and towels which looked like swans were great touches. The charming front desk staff offer a postcard-sending service too, and they looked after our bags while we were out in town after we'd checked out.
The staffs are super friendly and the location is great (walking distance to the river and the cathedral). There is Gazprombank ATM in 800m, opening 24/7 (the status displayed on Google Maps is wrong), if you need to get cash using cards of Union Pay or Visa, just go directly.

This really is a great place to stay in Irkutsk. Fantastic downtown location and within easy walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, shops. Small(ish) but very comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect from a 4 star in this part of the world. Tasty breakfast and a warm welcome with a voucher for a glass of wine.

Quite well location near the city center and central plaza. Very good brekfast. If you have to leave earlier the personel prepare individual breakfast to take with you - which is very nice option. I would like to leave a review for the hotel, especially for the receptionist, Dimitri. His spoken English was excellent, and he was incredibly helpful. I was also grateful that they accepted to keep my luggage for some days at no cost. The hotel has a great location, walking distance to all you need to do and see in Irkutsk.
The reception can speak English，and give good advice for shopping etc. The room is tastefully decorated though it's not big enough. breakfast is yummy.

Excellent hostel with super friendly staff. Walkable distance to the train station. Much cheaper than staying at downtown/touristy area. The staff speak English and will help you to get to the lake Baikal or get public transport in the city. Highly recommended
Thumbs up for Xenia. She was really helpful. We spent 2 night here in order to get some rest and visit the town of Irkutsk and the great lake baikal. Recommended.
Clean hostel/hotel and helpful reception staff and who speaks English. Laundry facility available but no dryer. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. We had an en suite room. Towels and linens were provided, even slippers. Bathroom is generally clean. Just some water scale on the shower and the toilet is quite noisy.

Hotel is about 800 m from the train station. Around is several supermarkets where is possible to buy food. The kitchen inside hotel is very good equipped. Very close is also good and cheap Buryat's restaurant. To the city center is possible to go by public transport working very often and regularly.
