The location, rooms, and breakfast were good, but the staff was quite slow.

A decent hotel with great views in the middle of Irkutsk...however, the one major issue that we had when we visited was that there was no cold water, only hot. This made taking showers pretty much impossible, and it was a little bizarre having steam rise from the toilet bowl every time you flushed it.

Very good place for the price. Rooms are a bit on the small side, but linen is fresh and comfortable, and the aircon is working well.

A large hotel complex right in the center. Perfectly located for a city trip. All sights are within walking distance, the train station is about 30 minutes away on foot. There is a supermarket right next door that is even open until 11 p.m. Very helpful hotel staff who also speak a little English. There is a laundry service for your clothes. Large room with separate living room. Comfortable and right in the middle of the city. Face the river and easy accessible to all the tourist sites.

The room was cold and the windows were broken. There was so much ice all over the interior walls that it seemed like I was living in a refrigerator. 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I was very angry. The location is ok. There are supermarket and may restaurants around the area. I can reach many tourist attractions by walk. The staff was so kind. She let me deposit the baggage after check-out and I came back to pick it up in the evening.
