I loved the staff, the frendliest and most helpful I've found so far in my Siberian experience. Apart from that, it's a quiet, clean and cozy place in a convenient position, just right for visiting the city centre .
Great Stay at Montana Hostel ! Only 350RUB to go to train station by taxi from Taxi ! I would book again :)
Hostel is lovely, beds are comfy and staff has helped us printing some missing documents/looking for places to eat/ordering a pizza at late night. I'd definitely come back here in the future.
Very nice hostel, clean and amazingly kind staff. I injured my foot and Nina helped me so much. We went to the hospital and without her it was impossible to communicate with the doctors

amaizing place!!! the best hostel I have ever been without exagerate the location is very good in the center, all the facilities are very good , the rooms, showers are perfect, there is a washer machine and a dry machine for the gusts for free and the most wonderfull thing is the stuff is very helpfull with every thing and willing to answer every question
They also let us leave our bags for a day while we traveling to the island and call the taxi for pick us to the train station. The service is better that we expected. They have a shared living room where you can cook
It’s definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot. Really responsive and friendly staff and it felt like home to me and I kept coming back after each of my little trips around Irkutsk
And super well stocked kitchen, and they have washing machine and dryer, also detergent - all free of course! I would strongly recommend to anyone who’s traveling to baikal region to stay at this hostel
There are kitchen kit, refrigerator, microwave, dinning table, sofa, TV. If we return to Irkutsk next time, we will choose this hostel yo stay for sure!
We stayed in standard room with private bathroom. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help us book the bus for a round trip to Olkhun island
