The location is great. The rooms are comfortable. The interior is beautiful. Comfortable beds, shower. Noise isolation in the room is perfect, no sounds from the street can be heard. The rooms are cozy and warm. Meals breakfast-dinner. For breakfast they offer porridge or eggs. Unlimited tea / coffee / jelly. Cottage cheese optional. Everything is homemade. Dinner is like lunch. The first is offered either borscht or soup, salads, and for 2 garnish with meat. Also tea and coffee in unlimited quantities. The kitchen is like a home kitchen. The proximity to the ski lifts is minimal. There are 2 training tracks nearby. The only negative for those who check in their car before 8:00, check out after 19:00. I advise everyone, next year here.

The ski and snowboard storage and dryer does NOT accept these rental items from other locations. Personal skis - yes. And if the guest rented skis elsewhere - no. Hotel rental is probably more important.

Stay here because of Red Fox Elbrus Race. Nice Breakfast and Dinner, but may not fit Chinese. Very close to cable car station. A good location. But also due to the good location, there is noise or musics could be heard easily. Massage chairs are available at Lobby. Cons: Shower cubicle a bit small, no water heater inside room and no free water provided inside room, but you can fill water in your bottles during meal time.

Lived in room 306.
The room is not bad, but as always the little things fail.
There is a weak water pressure in the shower stall, there are few sockets by the bed, either turn on the phone charger or a night light. No air conditioning. The room switch is by the door.

The hotel is located directly under the cable car to Elbrus. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing that does not please me is the staircase to the 4th floor. It is made according to some sadistic drawings and for me it is easier to climb Elbrus than it is to the 4th floor.
