I visited this place just to ski, but I liked the "Cheget" pension more than this one

Excellent dryer for ski equipment. Good breakfasts. Inconvenient bathroom for 2 rooms. The absence of dark curtains on the window interfered. Few outlets for charging. No dental supplies.

Perfectly located, around a pine forest. The area is unsafe for children (August 2021). There is a lot of unfinished construction on the territory, near the river there is a barrier of stones, some of them touching. To shops and cafes - 10-15 minutes on foot.
The rooms are large, the beds are clean and comfortable in width (almost a lorry one and a half), the food is not always tasty, but the donuts are great. Free water in a decanter in the dining room.
Broken billiards. There is no elevator.

The hotel is good, BUT! In the dining room you will be greeted by a girl with such an expression on her face, as if everyone living in the hotel owed her a large amount of money and are not giving it back. All the time Mademoiselle spends at the counter, enthusiastically communicating with the phone and the appearance of visitors causes her annoyance and irritation. Remove dirty dishes from the table?!? Forget about it!

Decent mid-range hotel. 15 minutes walk to Cheget, 10-15 minutes to Terskol. Friendly staff, very tasty and varied breakfasts. Didn't like the rooms (damp in the bathroom, damp smell in the room itself). Our room was a little tired. Very, very uncomfortable ski storage (a narrow room in which it is difficult for two to miss each other). You cannot walk around the hotel with your shoes on, and it is difficult to change your shoes in the storage room, because there is one chair and that's it.
