3. Noise isolation is poor, in the morning we woke up from what could be heard people talking and walking in the corridor
4. On the booking site, the administration does not recognize the presence of cockroaches instead of dealing with their elimination

Pros:
Good location, close to dining rooms, shops, friendly staff, rooftop terrace with mountain views. The room has a safe, refrigerator and hairdryer, everything works. There is also water in the cooler on the floors, there are cups, plates and cutlery in the room.

the rooms are clean, warm, comfortable. the room has a balcony, refrigerator, dishes. cooler on the floor, microwave at the reception (on the 1st floor). there is suddenly a basin in the bathroom)) the sea is nearby, a bunch of cafes. minus for hellish bedding - very tough. I'm not a princess and a pea at all, but it felt like you were lying on sandpaper. buy a lenore or something ...

I chose a room with a view of both the mountains and the sea, for this 5 points !! But for cleanliness, he also lowered for Soviet mattresses (they are here instead of mattress covers, and exactly like in the pioneer camp) on beds with leaky linens (several duvet covers for sure). TV remotes are like from a trash heap, really very dirty. The furniture is mostly noticeably tired. Dust on the windowsill .. There is mold in the bathroom. The advantages are the location and if you have a specific number and, of course, the price for all this pleasure) (I lived inexpensively), but no matter what the price for housing was, you still need to monitor cleanliness in my opinion.
