The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious. There are entertainers, playgrounds, a pond with ducks and fish, and swimming pools. The room is clean. The only downside is the noise.

A good view of the mountains from the window, it is far from the sea on foot, but you can take an electric scooter from the checkpoint at 10 Corps

Positive side - have AC in nubers, they do have animation here. Food is good and quite healthy. Not very good sides - Numbers are extremely old, only 2 power sockets in room. Beach is very stony. At the moment they build new aqua park, and doing lots of construction works outside. Probably will be better soon. But numbers are very out dated.

I have been staying at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I have never been dissatisfied. The service is probably the best in Sochi, the food in the hotel restaurants and at breakfast is simply gorgeous. Very good SPA complex, there are outdoor and indoor pools, private beach, though you need to walk about 200 meters to get to it, and it is available to other people for a fee, but this is common practice in Sochi. We stayed at the hotel in early September 2023. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but our vacation was marred by a hot water outage for 5 days! The hotel administration did not report the reasons, it is not clear whether this is an annual outage or not. A wonderful hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. They have everything you need for a shower, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator. If you're lucky, you'll get a room with a sea view. We were lucky!
