Very pleasant restaurant, good value for money. A large selection of dishes, a family with two capricious children was full and satisfied! The staff is calm, without excesses, unobtrusive. Clean, neat and fast. Recommended.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. We lived in the best room of the hotel, the interior is very beautiful. Breakfast is good, dinner in the restaurant is excellent. Very convenient location.

Quiet, relaxing boutique hotel in the city center. Perfect cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day! A wonderful and inexpensive restaurant, friendly staff (on the last day, due to an early flight, we left before breakfast at 6 am, and the staff packed us breakfast with us) - what more could you ask for? We had an attic room for two people in Provence style. We were greeted by a pleasant gift in...
Beautiful interior in chocolate color with a spiral staircase to the visitor's WC. The menu is European classic: pizza, pasta, Caesar.

Nuuuuu ... an extension cord on the floor. The telly does not work. There are no mugs in the room. Elementary wall clocks do not run. No hair dryer. Shumka leaves much to be desired. The room is disgusting ... 4500 per night. The location is steep, but it would be nice to make it look. ...
Nothing special. A crowded location. The view from the Windows on the building the bar is located a few meters from the hotel. I guess the only plus is that the sea is near.
The hotel is right on the sea front just a minute and the beach. Near the Park Riviera,shopping arcade ,lots of cafes .
The place is pretty good, but nearby on all sides plays music from the café until 6-7 am! The hotel rooms are on the ground floor, the output directly to the street, which is very cool, but very humid, with no air conditioning dries so you have to keep constantly included!

It's just a fairy tale! And the design and reception and service, well, everything is 10 stars!
Luxuriously! Exclusive! And that says it all about the hotel. Great restaurant, nothing to compare it to. The service is top notch and for this level the price tag is even incredibly low.
They were not inside. But from the outside the building looks amazing! The façade restoration was excellent. In front of the mansion there is a small square with a flower bed, a fountain and benches. You can sit quietly and admire 👍 it's a real pleasure for the eyes 😊
Beautiful, clean park. You can take a walk, ride the rides, go to the dolphinarium, the oceanarium, the house upside down, the room of fear and all this in one place. And also there are playgrounds, places for snacks.
Outwardly beautiful, but as usual Bryntsalov used a lot of gold in the facade. Inside, everything historical has been demolished. Bryntsalov and those who allowed this nationwide condemnation and shameful stigma.
Beautiful... the merchant Khludov lived. Updated: A little later it turned out that this was just a remake of Bryntsalov, who demolished Khludov's real dacha and the complex of historical buildings of the first Sochi sanatorium "Caucasian Riviera", and built this building "based on Khludov's dacha" so that the city administration would already fall behind with claims and courts.
