Nice place to stay at a really low price.

We returned from Sochi a few days ago. We lived in this hotel. It is cozy, clean, palm trees under the windows and the singing of cicadas brought its own flavor to our vacation. The feeling of Thailand or Vietnam did not leave us all the time. The sea is very close, five minutes walk. Linen and towels are changed daily. The room is spacious, with air conditioning, TV. Ironing on the ground floor. Everything is there for this.
Separately, I would like to note the administrator Oksana, who is always ready to help with any question. And the rest of the staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Food (breakfast) deserves a few separate words. We ate (breakfast) at the hotel in the Shtof restaurant. It looks very stylish, cozy, friendly girls served us every day. The diet for two weeks did not change at all: either oatmeal or omelet (without vegetables and side dishes), or milk porridge, rice or scrambled eggs from two eggs (also without vegetables and side dishes). A choice of tea or coffee, a small slice of white bread with butter and fresh, delicious pastries. and so every day. We were amazed that in the summer season there were no vegetables, berries or fruits on the table. Although in other hotels all this was for every breakfast. Fortunately, all this could be bought from local residents and at the Perekrestok supermarket.

We rested for 4 days at the end of July 2021. We liked the location 🏪, we were in a private car, there is a parking near the hotel, but you can find a free space only after 22:00 🅿️.
The hotel is quiet, despite the fact that a family with children was resting nearby. Prices, of course, bite. But this is SOCHI💰))) The staff was warmly welcomed, they provided everything that was needed: an iron, an ironing board, even the laundry was allowed to load 👍👏
From the Munus: in the "Standard" room for 4 days there was no cleaning in terms of vacuum cleaner + washing the floor, towels were changed once, the air conditioner was, but did not work 🤷‍♀️
Special thanks to the "Shtof" restaurant for the breakfasts, they are included in the room rate. Delicious and aesthetically pleasing 🍳☕, desserts are a joy for sweet lovers. The service in the restaurant is excellent.
If we come to Sochi again, we will stay at the Pearl Hotel💯

The location is convenient in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk to the sea, but if not for this hellish Chernomorskaya street, along which cars are obviously rushing from Teatralnaya Square at a speed in the urban area. No traffic calming, no speed bumps, no travel restrictions. Only a zebra. This is not enough. Because of this, it is very dangerous to cross the street in the area of ​​the hotel, as cars fly out from above because of the bend. It is clear that these questions are for the city and the traffic police, but nevertheless. To enter the hotel, you must first overcome several flights of the triumphal staircase. Of course it looks very beautiful, but people come to you with heavy suitcases and bags. It seems that the hotel is visited only by the stars of the Cannes Film Festival, leaving the cars exceptionally light in evening dresses. Nice, but not practical. Moreover, the elevator, in addition to this, is sent from the second floor. Thanks to the staff for their courtesy and helpfulness. We lived in a suite (two-room with a kitchen). The rooms are very spacious! And if you look closely, the architecture of the building made it possible to make cool open loggias, but for some reason not. The bathroom is bright and clean. The kitchen has everything for life. Breakfasts at the Shtof restaurant are delicious, just a wish to diversify a little. WiFi apparently due to the large areas in some parts of the room worked poorly. In general, the rest was pleasant and comfortable.

Great place and extremely friendly staff! Stayed for five nights during FIFA World Cup and everything exceeded or expectations. Very reasonable prices as well.
