A small cozy hotel in the heart of Sochi, which is implemented rare in Russia the project of wine tourism. I don't know where the high ratings come from. Nice place, not the worst staff, but outside of summer it's cold, renovation is old, furniture is dead, standard rooms are super cramped. We had a lock on the toilet in the wrong direction.

The hotel is located in the very center. Value for money. Very very clean) the maids try their best!

Good hotel. They clean the room every day, everything is clean. For 7 days, 29,000 were given for a regular double room with a child. For the child, an extra folding bed was given.

Rested in this hotel in July. Located within walking distance from many attractions of the city, beaches. The staff is attentive and courteous, the rooms are cleaned daily. Everything that is stated on the site (furnishings and equipment) is available and in working order. Perfect price-performance ratio

Small cozy hotel in the center. Everything is very clean, very polite staff. Near the embankment, Rivieva beach, seaport. A bunch of cafes for every taste.

At 6 in the morning, the builders woke up from the hotel opposite, the construction site was in full swing. At night you are not alone here - you go to the toilet, cockroaches scatter in different directions. Not very pleasant leadership. Plus, there is a lot of mold on the balcony and in the bathroom, and the rooms themselves just smell wildly damp. The only plus is the location !!! The rest is awful!

Small hotel, small but cozy room. I rested alone, everything was enough for me. Polite staff, cleaning was done every day. Very convenient location of the hotel! Everything is within walking distance: a seaport with yachts, an embankment. The Riviera Park is a 15-minute walk at a leisurely pace, to the Arboretum - 25-30. You can also walk to the railway station along the pedestrian street. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can eat at every step! McDonald's, KFS, a bunch of different cafes
